【摘要】：正成就诠释发展,数字见证辉煌。西部大开发15年是西部地区有史以来发展最快的黄金时段,经济社会各方面取得了辉煌的成就,在开发之路上演绎西部地区十二个省(市、自治区)国土面积685万平方公里,占全国的71.4%;总人口约3.56亿人,占全国的28.6%,其中少数民族人口约占全国少数民族人口的75%。15年前,西部的生产总值仅占全国的17.1%,人均GDP仅相当于东部沿海地区的
[Abstract]:Is the achievement annotation development, the digital witness brilliance. The great development of the western region for 15 years is the fastest developing prime time in the history of the western region. The economic and social sectors have made brilliant achievements. On the road of development, the territory of 12 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) in the western region has been interpreted as 6.85 million square kilometers. Accounting for 71.4% of the whole country; the total population is about 356 million, accounting for 28.610% of the nation's total population, of which the minority population accounted for about 75.15 years ago, the gross domestic product of the west was only 17.1% of that of the whole country, and the per capita GDP was only the same as that of the eastern coastal areas.
