中蒙俄经济走廊人文合作中的文化认同问题

【摘要】：文化认同感以及人文合作作为中蒙俄经济走廊建立的前提,对三国之间的合作前景也具有广泛的影响。在文化认同上,中蒙俄三国之间的合作既存在相同点,又存在不同点。而要建立广泛的合作基础,就必须要求同存异,建立起多元化的文化认同原则,另外还需要在知识文化交流、人才培养合作、科研创新等方面加强三国之间的交流与合作,共同推进三国之间的合作进入战略化发展。
[Abstract]:Cultural identity and humanistic cooperation, as the premise of the establishment of the economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia, also have a wide influence on the prospects of cooperation between the three countries. In terms of cultural identity, the cooperation between China, Mongolia and Russia has both similarities and differences. In order to establish a broad foundation for cooperation, we must seek common ground while reserving differences, establish the principle of pluralistic cultural identity, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation among the three countries in the areas of knowledge and culture exchange, personnel training and cooperation, scientific research and innovation, etc. We will jointly promote the strategic development of cooperation among the three countries.
