【摘要】：河北省资源丰厚，劳动力价格低廉，市场前景广阔。随着对外资开放日益扩大和相关法律的逐渐完善，河北省越来越积极地吸引外商投资。所以目前我们面对的一个很有意义的问题就是日益增长的FDI将对河北省的产业结构产生怎样的影响？因此，我们有必要深入研究FDI与产业结构发展的关系，分析FDI对河北省产业结构的影响。这些将对河北省政府制定正确的产业发展政策，促进河北省产业结构的优化升级，，具有重要的指导意义。产业结构的影响因素有很多，如供给因素、需求因素、国际贸易、国际投资等，在这些因素中，本文选取了外商直接投资这一影响因素。本文介绍了相关研究的实际意义与理论意义，综述了FDI与产业结构调整关系的国内外研究现状。界定了产业结构及产业结构演变规律、FDI等相关概念。以FDI对产业结构的影响为研究切入点，从理论上分析了FDI对东道国产业结构优化升级的影响。从河北省实际出发，梳理了改革开放30年来FDI在河北省的发展历程、现状和前景，利用大量图表描述了河北省FDI在三大产业结构间的构成。建立计量模型，从实证角度测算了FDI对河北省产业结构的优化调整效应。同时又对FDI对河北省产业结构的影响进行了具体分析，指出了FDI给河北省产业结构带来的积极影响和消极影响。并且通过以上研究得出结论，为利用FDI促进河北省产业结构优化升级建言建策。
[Abstract]:Hebei Province has rich resources, low labor prices and broad market prospects. With the increasing opening to foreign investment and the improvement of relevant laws, Hebei Province is more and more active in attracting foreign investment. So at present we are faced with a very meaningful question is the growing FDI will have an impact on the industrial structure of Hebei Province. Therefore, it is necessary for us to deeply study the relationship between FDI and the development of industrial structure and analyze the influence of FDI on the industrial structure of Hebei Province. These will be of great significance for Hebei Provincial Government to formulate correct industrial development policies and to promote the optimization and upgrading of Hebei's industrial structure. There are many factors influencing industrial structure, such as supply factor, demand factor, international trade, international investment and so on. This paper introduces the practical and theoretical significance of related research, and summarizes the research status of the relationship between FDI and industrial structure adjustment at home and abroad. Define the industrial structure and the evolution of industrial structure, FDI and other related concepts. Based on the effect of FDI on industrial structure, this paper theoretically analyzes the influence of FDI on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in host country. Starting from the reality of Hebei Province, this paper combs the development course, present situation and prospect of FDI in Hebei Province during the past 30 years of reform and opening up, and describes the composition of FDI in the three industrial structures of Hebei Province by using a large number of charts. An econometric model is established to measure the effect of FDI on the optimization and adjustment of Hebei's industrial structure from an empirical point of view. At the same time, the influence of FDI on Hebei's industrial structure is analyzed, and the positive and negative effects of FDI on Hebei's industrial structure are pointed out. And through the above research conclusions, for the use of FDI to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province.
