区域主导产业核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：在“十二五”时期，中国的经济发展进入了一个新的增长阶段，经济全球化和区域经济一体化的进程不断加快，继西部大开发新十年规划之后，13个区域发展规划相继上升为国家战略。区域产业作为整个区域和企业经济发展的衔接点，集中体现了区域之间的经济竞争状况，尤其是对区域经济增长发挥组织和带动作用的主导产业，对区域经济发展繁荣以及竞争优势的保持起到决定性，因此，提升和保持区域整体的竞争优势，关键是提升区域主导产业核心竞争力。本文首先对区域主导产业核心竞争力所涉及的主导产业、区域产业竞争力和产业竞争力进行理论综述，界定区域主导产业核心竞争力的内涵和特征；其次，对区域主导产业核心竞争力进行理论分析研究，重点分析了区域主导产业核心竞争力的外在影响因素和内在构成要素，，并且归纳提炼出区域主导产业核心竞争力分析的结构模型，以此为基础构建区域主导产业核心竞争力的评价模型；最后，选择安徽省汽车产业为例与北京、上海、天津、重庆、广东、吉林等典型区域对比进行现状和模型评价的实证分析，并根据实证分析结果提出提高安徽省汽车产业核心竞争力的相关对策和建议。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China's economic development has entered a new stage of growth, and the process of economic globalization and regional economic integration has been speeding up. Following the new ten-year plan for the development of the western region, 13 regional development plans have been upgraded to national strategies. As the connecting point of the economic development of the whole region and the enterprise, the regional industry embodies the economic competition among the regions, especially the leading industry, which plays an organizational and driving role in the regional economic growth. It plays a decisive role in the prosperity of regional economic development and the maintenance of competitive advantage. Therefore, the key to promote and maintain the regional overall competitive advantage is to enhance the core competitiveness of regional leading industries. This paper firstly summarizes the leading industries, regional industrial competitiveness and industrial competitiveness, and defines the connotation and characteristics of the core competitiveness of regional leading industries. The core competence of regional leading industry is analyzed theoretically, and the external influencing factors and internal components of the core competence of regional leading industry are analyzed emphatically. And summarized and refined the regional leading industry core competitiveness analysis of the structural model, on the basis of the construction of regional leading industry core competitiveness evaluation model; finally, select Anhui automobile industry as an example and Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangdong, Jilin and other typical regions of the comparative analysis of the status quo and model evaluation, and based on the empirical analysis of the results of Anhui auto industry to improve the core competitiveness of the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
