【摘要】：正自1979年《中外合资经营企业法》实施以来,为配合对外开放政策的实施,中国立法机关颁布多部鼓励外商投资的法律,国务院和外商投资主管机关也发布了多项行政法规和数量庞大的部门规章。与此同时,中国还积极缔结了一大批国际经贸条约。目前,中国基本形成了符合国际通行规则并能保护国家利益的外商投资法律体系,为社会主义市场经济建设和开放型经济发展起到了重要的基础性保障作用。随着国际经济新秩序的重构及中国经济社会的发展,外商投资领域呈现出许
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "Sino-foreign Joint Ventures Law" in 1979, in order to tie in with the implementation of the policy of opening to the outside world, the Chinese legislature has promulgated a number of laws to encourage foreign investment. The State Council and foreign investment authorities have also issued a number of administrative regulations and a large number of departmental regulations. At the same time, China has also actively concluded a large number of international economic and trade treaties. At present, China has basically formed a legal system of foreign investment that conforms to international prevailing rules and can protect the interests of the state, and has played an important and fundamental role in ensuring the construction of a socialist market economy and the development of an open economy. With the reconstruction of the new international economic order and the development of China's economy and society, the field of foreign investment appears to be promising.
