湖南省经济增长效率的空间格局及其影响因素

【摘要】：改革开放以来,湖南省经济取得了快速的增长,经济实力不断增强,其GDP总量已连续五年进入全国前十行列。在经济数量不断增长的同时,其经济增长效率如何,有待进行研究。本文对湖南省经济增长效率进行研究时,是以“两步法”为研究思路的：首先是以14个市、州为研究单元,并基于2002-2011年的面板数据,运用数据包络分析法对其效率进行测度；随后,是以所测算的效率值为被解释量,运用回归模型对其影响因素进行分析。其具体内容和结论如下：运用TFP的Malmquist指数法对湖南省的效率进行了动态分析,发现湖南省的全要素生产率(TFP)呈下降趋势,而技术变化是导致湖南TFP下降的主要原因。随后,本文测算了近10年来湖南省各市、州的经济增长效率,从横向的角度对其展开分析,发现：从湖南省各市、州经济增长效率差异角度看,长沙、湘潭(TE=1)株洲、岳阳、常德、张家界、衡阳全省平均水平(TE=0.777)娄底、郴州、益阳、永州怀化、邵阳、湘西自治州；从湖南省五大区域来看,湘东地区、湘北地区的效率值普遍较高,湘南地区次之,湘中、湘西地区较低。之后,本文基于湖南省各市、州经济增长效率的测算结果,运用Spss软件,对其效率值进行单要素聚类分析,分成4个等级。并运用Mapgis软件,对矢量数据进行处理,形成湖南经济增长效率空间格局图。发现湖南省经济增长效率的分布大致呈现“东北高西南低”、“除张家界和常德地区外,以长沙、湘潭为核心,向外逐层扩散”的空间格局。最后,运用Eviews6.0软件对湖南省各市、州的经济增长效率的影响因素建立回归模型,发现：在现有的环境规制强度下,湖南省经济效率受其的影响为负相关；产业结构与其效率之间存在不显著的负向相关关系；外商直接投资对湖南省大多数地区的影响为正、部分地区的影响为负。并从环境规制、产业结构、金融体制等角度提出了提高湖南省经济增长效率的措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Hunan Province has made rapid economic growth, economic strength has been increasing, its total GDP has entered the top ten ranks of the country for five consecutive years. At the same time, the economic growth efficiency remains to be studied. In this paper, the economic growth efficiency of Hunan Province is studied with the "two-step method" as the research idea: firstly, taking 14 cities and states as the research unit, and based on the panel data from 2002 to 2011, the efficiency is measured by using the data envelopment analysis method; Then, using the calculated efficiency value as the explanatory quantity, the regression model is used to analyze the influencing factors. Its specific content and conclusions are as follows: The efficiency of Hunan Province is dynamically analyzed by using the Malmquist index method of TFP. It is found that the total factor productivity (TFP) of Hunan Province is decreasing, and the technical change is the main reason leading to the decline of TFP in Hunan Province. Then, this paper calculates the economic growth efficiency of every city and state in Hunan province in the past 10 years, analyzes it from a horizontal angle, and finds that: from the angle of the difference of economic growth efficiency between cities and prefectures in Hunan Province, Changsha, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou, Yueyang, Zhuzhou, Changde, Zhangjiajie, Hengyang Province average level Tet 0.777) Loudi, Chenzhou, Yiyang, Yongzhou Huaihua, Shaoyang, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture; from the five major regions of Hunan Province, the efficiency values of the eastern and northern areas of Hunan are generally higher, followed by those of southern Hunan. Central Hunan, Xiangxi region is low. Then, based on the calculation results of economic growth efficiency of cities and prefectures in Hunan Province, this paper uses Spss software to analyze its efficiency value by single factor clustering analysis, which is divided into four grades. Using Mapgis software, the vector data are processed to form the spatial pattern map of Hunan economic growth efficiency. It is found that the distribution of economic growth efficiency in Hunan Province is approximately "northeast high, southwest low", "except Zhangjiajie and Changde area, Changsha and Xiangtan as the core, spread out layer by layer" spatial pattern. Finally, the regression model of the influencing factors of economic growth efficiency of cities and states in Hunan Province is established by using Eviews6.0 software. It is found that under the existing environmental regulation intensity, the economic efficiency of Hunan Province is negatively affected by it; There is no significant negative correlation between the industrial structure and its efficiency, and the impact of FDI on most areas of Hunan Province is positive, while that of some regions is negative. The measures to improve the economic growth efficiency of Hunan Province are put forward from the aspects of environmental regulation, industrial structure and financial system.
