云南城乡产业结构一体化调整研究

【摘要】：自从我国改革开放后,经济与社会发展速度越来越快。但是经济发展面临广大农村地区经济发展相对落后、城乡差距不断扩大的问题。在这种背景下,政府提出了转化二元经济、发展城乡一体化,构建社会主义和谐社会的发展思路和战略构想。城乡产业结构一体化是城乡经济一体化发展过程中的重要纽带和载体。城乡产业结构调整是促进城乡经济一体化的重要途径和区域经济发展战略的重要内容,加快西部城乡产业结构一体化调整及优化既是促进城乡一体化,也是促进整个西部经济发展,提高综合实力和竞争力的重要手段。关于产业结构调整与城乡统筹发展、城镇化以及城市化方面的研究,目前在经济学领域关注颇多,但是把产业结构调整与城乡一体化二者相结合,探索二者之间的互动发展关系的研究还很少,对城乡一体化过程中产业结构进行的研究也并不多见。随着西部经济快速发展,经济结构在不断调整和优化,城乡一体化发展对产业结构提出新的要求,在此背景下西部产业结构面临一些新问题,这些问题对城乡产业一体化发展产生制约,加快城乡一体化产业结构调整优化刻不容缓,对此问题进行研究迫在眉睫。论文以中国云南为例,对云南城乡产业结构一体化存在的主要问题进行分析,并就如何进一步调整和优化云南城乡产业结构一体化进行了探讨。本文首先介绍国内外对于城乡产业结构调整的研究状况,然后对云南城乡一体化产业结构发展进行整体和内部的研究分析,并在分析过程中发现问题,选取了全国十六个省直辖市和云南一并进行实证分析,从经济发展水平、环境、产业结构,就业人口等方面选取指标,构建产业结构调整的评价体系,运用因子分析法确定各省综合得分,确定产业结构优化的影响因素以及其各种的影响程度,根据实证结果从几个方面对未来云南城乡产业结构一体化优化提出可行性建议：利用区位优势发展特色产业；发展旅游业和高新技术产业；推进城乡产业对接等。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, economic and social development is growing faster and faster. But the economic development is facing the problem that the economic development of the vast rural areas is relatively backward and the gap between urban and rural areas is widening. Under this background, the government put forward the development thought and strategic idea of transforming dual economy, developing urban-rural integration and constructing socialist harmonious society. The integration of urban and rural industrial structure is an important link and carrier in the process of urban and rural economic integration. The adjustment of urban and rural industrial structure is an important way to promote the integration of urban and rural economy and the important content of the strategy of regional economic development. Speeding up the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure of urban and rural areas in western China is to promote the integration of urban and rural areas. It is also an important means to promote the economic development of the whole western region and to improve the comprehensive strength and competitiveness. The research on industrial structure adjustment and urban-rural overall development, urbanization and urbanization has been paid much attention to in the field of economics, but it combines the adjustment of industrial structure with the integration of urban and rural areas. There are few researches on the relationship between them and the industrial structure in the process of urban-rural integration. With the rapid development of the western economy and the continuous adjustment and optimization of the economic structure, the development of urban and rural integration has put forward new requirements for the industrial structure. Under this background, the western industrial structure is facing some new problems. These problems restrict the development of urban-rural industrial integration and accelerate the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure of urban-rural integration. Taking Yunnan Province of China as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the integration of urban and rural industrial structure in Yunnan Province, and probes into how to further adjust and optimize the integration of urban and rural industrial structure in Yunnan Province. This paper first introduces the domestic and international research on the adjustment of urban and rural industrial structure, and then carries on the overall and internal research and analysis on the development of the industrial structure of urban and rural integration in Yunnan, and finds out the problems in the process of analysis. This paper selects 16 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China and Yunnan to carry out empirical analysis together, selects indicators from the level of economic development, environment, industrial structure, employment population, etc., and constructs an evaluation system for industrial structure adjustment. Using factor analysis method to determine the comprehensive scores of provinces, determine the impact factors of industrial structure optimization and its various impact degree, According to the empirical results, some feasible suggestions are put forward to optimize the integration of urban and rural industrial structure in Yunnan in the future: to develop characteristic industries by using regional advantages; to develop tourism and high-tech industries; and to promote the integration of urban and rural industries, and so on.
