昆明市生鲜市场空间格局及其原因分析

【摘要】:生鲜市场是城市居民购买生鲜食品的主要场所,其空间格局在不同时期具有不同的特征。新中国建立以后,我国生鲜市场空间格局呈现出了阶段性变化的特征。进入21世纪以来,我国生鲜市场类型日趋多样化,生鲜市场空间格局不断变化,给人们的日常生活带来了深刻的影响。本文以昆明市主城区三环内生鲜市场为研究对象,通过对生鲜市场的实地调查和对消费者的抽样问卷调查,根据统计分析和ArcGIS空间分析,并结合定性分析,阐明了昆明市生鲜市场空间格局的特点及其形成的主要原因。 本文共分为六章,第一章阐述了国内外生鲜市场的发展状况及昆明市生鲜市场存在的问题。第二章总结了本论文的理论基础与相关研究进展。第三章介绍了本文的研究目的和意义以及研究内容与方法。第四章根据实地调查结果,运用统计分析与ArcGIS核密度分析等方法分析了昆明市生鲜市场空间格局的特点。研究发现,昆明市生鲜市场空间格局具有多种生鲜市场并存的特点,不同生鲜市场具有不同的特点;大型生鲜市场呈现出整体分散、局部集中的“横S型”分布特征;社区生鲜超市快速增长,成为大型生鲜市场的主要竞争者;肉类专卖店逐渐向综合生鲜超市转变,水果专卖店和水果超市持续增加;蔬菜直销点备受争议,逐渐转向社区生鲜超市;流动摊贩仍有一定市场;生鲜市场的形式由单一类型向多种类型共存转变,呈现出阶段性动态变化的特征。第五章对昆明市生鲜市场空间格局形成的原因进行了分析,发现多种生鲜市场并存的原因主要有供需多样性的影响、市场距离与消费者通勤行为的影响、企业与个体的参与和政府行为的影响等多个方面;人口分布不均匀、农贸市场拆迁、批发市场外迁、大型生鲜市场对交通依赖度高等因素是昆明市生鲜市场呈现出局部集中的“横S型”分布特征的主要原因;昆明市生鲜市场呈现出阶段性动态变化的主要影响因素主要有政策的变化、消费需求的变化、生鲜食品企业的发展变化、城市化进程的加快及政府行为的影响等。第六章概述了全文的主要结论及研究的不足。
[Abstract]:Fresh food market is the main place for urban residents to buy fresh food, and its spatial pattern has different characteristics in different periods. After the establishment of New China, the spatial pattern of fresh market in our country presents the characteristic of stage change. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the types of fresh market in our country are becoming more and more diversified, and the spatial pattern of fresh market is constantly changing, which has brought profound influence to people's daily life. This paper takes the fresh and fresh market in the three rings of Kunming as the research object, through the field investigation of the fresh market and the sampling questionnaire to the consumers, according to the statistical analysis and ArcGIS spatial analysis, and combined with the qualitative analysis, This paper expounds the characteristics of the spatial pattern of fresh market in Kunming and the main reasons for its formation. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the development of fresh market at home and abroad and the problems of fresh market in Kunming. The second chapter summarizes the theoretical basis and related research progress. The third chapter introduces the purpose and significance of this paper, as well as the research content and methods. In chapter 4, based on the field investigation results, the characteristics of the spatial pattern of fresh market in Kunming are analyzed by means of statistical analysis and ArcGIS nuclear density analysis. It is found that the spatial pattern of fresh market in Kunming has the characteristics of coexistence of various fresh markets, and different fresh markets have different characteristics. Community fresh supermarkets have grown rapidly and become major competitors in large fresh markets; meat specialty stores have gradually transformed into comprehensive fresh supermarkets, fruit stores and fruit supermarkets have continued to increase; and vegetable direct selling points have been controversial. Gradually to community fresh supermarket; mobile vendors still have a certain market; fresh market form from a single type to a variety of types of coexistence change, showing the characteristics of dynamic changes. The fifth chapter analyzes the reasons for the formation of spatial pattern of fresh market in Kunming, and finds that the main reasons for the coexistence of various fresh markets are the influence of diversity of supply and demand, the influence of market distance and consumer commuting behavior. The participation of enterprises and individuals, the influence of government behavior, the uneven distribution of population, the demolition of farmers' markets, the relocation of wholesale markets, The factors such as high dependence on traffic in large fresh market are the main reasons for the local concentration of "transverse S" distribution in fresh and fresh market in Kunming. The main influencing factors of the stage dynamic change of fresh food market in Kunming are the change of policy, the change of consumption demand, the development and change of fresh food enterprise, the acceleration of urbanization and the influence of government behavior, etc. The sixth chapter summarizes the main conclusions of the paper and the shortcomings of the research.
