基于3维生态足迹的湖南省可持续发展研究

【摘要】:摘要:随着城市化进程的不断加速,经济的高速增长,资源消耗与日俱增,环境污染也日益严重。如何实现区域的可持续发展,建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会,已成为各界关注的重点课题。3维生态足迹作为生态足迹理论最新成果,将传统二维模型扩展到三维,实现了流量资本和存量资本的分类测度,并将存量资本的消耗与否作为可持续发展的判别依据,因其核算方法精炼、理论严谨、更加贴近实际,受到国内外学者的广泛认可。 本研究基于3维生态足迹模型,援引“本地生态足迹”概念,对模型参数进行补充和修正,改进了生态赤字的算法,避免生态赤字和生态盈余相加,建立了适宜湖南省实际情况的生态足迹账户,在此基础上实证分析了湖南省2001-2011年的足迹深度。并对湖南省自然资本利用状况进行了分析。结合生态足迹相关指标,对湖南省进行了可持续发展评价。 2000-2011年,湖南省足迹深度一直大于1,存量资本长期被占用。各种类型的土地中,化石能源用地是所有地类中足迹深度最大的,几乎都大于2,说明2倍的化石能源地也无法满足人类当前的需求,而且足迹深度呈上升趋势,处于极度不可持续发展状态。 为弄清影响足迹深度的主要驱动因素,本文采用了偏最小二乘回归分析,分析结果表明,城镇化率、耕地面积、第二产业比重是主要的影响因素,总人口数、社会消费品总额是较为重要的因素。最后,针对这些驱动因素,并结合湖南的社会经济发展与资源利用特征,提出了缓解湖南生态环境压力的建议。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the acceleration of urbanization, rapid economic growth, increasing consumption of resources, environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious. How to realize the sustainable development of the region and establish a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. As the newest achievement of ecological footprint theory, the traditional two-dimensional model is extended to three-dimensional. The classification and measurement of flow capital and stock capital are realized, and the consumption of stock capital is regarded as the basis of sustainable development. Because of its refined accounting method, rigorous theory and close to practice, it is widely recognized by scholars at home and abroad. Based on the 3D ecological footprint model and the concept of "local ecological footprint", the model parameters are supplemented and modified, and the algorithm of ecological deficit is improved to avoid the sum of ecological deficit and ecological surplus. The ecological footprint account suitable for the actual situation of Hunan Province is established, and the footprint depth of Hunan Province from 2001 to 2011 is analyzed empirically on this basis. It also analyzes the utilization of natural capital in Hunan Province. The sustainable development evaluation of Hunan Province was carried out based on the ecological footprint index. From 2000 to 2011, the footprint depth of Hunan Province has been more than 1, stock capital has been occupied for a long time. Of the various types of land, fossil energy land has the largest footprint of all land types, almost all of which are more than 2, indicating that twice as many fossil energy sites cannot meet the current needs of mankind, and the footprint depth is on the rise. In a state of extreme unsustainable development. In order to find out the main driving factors affecting footprint depth, partial least square regression analysis is used in this paper. The results show that urbanization rate, cultivated land area and the proportion of secondary industry are the main influencing factors. The total amount of consumer goods is a more important factor. Finally, in view of these driving factors, combined with the characteristics of social and economic development and resource utilization in Hunan, the paper puts forward some suggestions to alleviate the pressure of ecological environment in Hunan.
