河北省县域经济竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：县域经济是统筹城乡经济社会发展的基本单元，是整个国民经济的重要经济基础，是构成国家和省级经济的重要组成部分。即是城镇经济与农村经济的结合部，又是工业经济与农业经济的交汇点，也是宏观经济与微观经济的衔接处，是统筹城乡发展的重要平台。县域经济在我国的经济发展过程中具有无可替代的作用。近年来，关于县域经济的研究不断增多，但针对县域经济竞争力评价指标体系的研究还比较少。相比较全国来说，河北省县域经济总体实力不强，区域发展差异较大，县域经济发展成为推动全省城乡统筹发展、解决三农问题、促进人民生活水平提高的重要突破点。本文采用理论与实践相结合的方法，在现有国内外对县域经济发展研究和县域经济及其产业特征分析基础上，构建了一套科学且行之有效的、符合省情的衡量河北省县域经济竞争力的综合评价指标体系，并运用综合指数法对河北省各县（市）最新经济数据进行了综合测算，并对评价结果进行了一系列的分析。为深入分析不同年份县域经济竞争力的不同变化，本文分别对2009年和2010年的经济数据进行了核算，并对三年来的变化进行了比较分析。为突出各个县（市）在发展水平、发展活力和发展潜力方面的不同竞争力水平，选取能够反映县域发展活力和发展潜力水平的部分指标，，运用SPSS软件进行了聚类分析，并逐类进行了评述。最后得出河北省县域经济发展存在区域间和区域内不平衡等结论，并提出了一系列的对策和建议。本文的创新点主要体现在以下几个方面：①构建了一套适用于河北省县域经济特色的评价指标体系②对河北省最新经济数据进行了综合测算③运用了综合指数法对县域经济发展竞争力进行评价④从综合评价结果以外的角度对县域经济竞争力进行了聚类分析。
[Abstract]:The county economy is the basic unit of urban and rural economic and social development, an important economic base of the whole national economy and an important component of the national and provincial economy. It is the combination of the urban economy and the rural economy, the intersection of the industrial economy and the agricultural economy, as well as the junction of the macro economy and the micro economy. The county economy has an irreplaceable role in the development of the country's economic development. In recent years, the research on the county economy has been increasing, but the research on the evaluation index system for the county economic competitiveness is still relatively small. Compared to the whole country, the overall strength of the county economy in Hebei is not strong, and the regional development is not strong. The development of county economy has become an important breakthrough point to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas, solve the problems of agriculture, rural and rural areas, and promote the improvement of people's living standards. The comprehensive evaluation index system of the county economic competitiveness of Hebei province is studied and effective, and the comprehensive index method is used to calculate the latest economic data of each county (city) in Hebei Province, and a series of analysis is made on the results of the evaluation. In this paper, the economic data of 2009 and 2010 were calculated, and the changes in the three years were compared and analyzed. In order to highlight the different competitiveness levels of each county (city) at the level of development, development vitality and development potential, some indexes that could reflect the vitality and development potential of county development were selected, and SPSS software was applied to the county. The cluster analysis is carried out and reviewed. Finally, it is concluded that the regional and regional imbalance in the development of the county economy in Hebei Province, and put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.
The innovation points of this article are mainly embodied in the following aspects: (1) constructing a set of evaluation index system which is suitable for the county economic characteristics of Hebei province (2) the comprehensive measurement of the latest economic data in Hebei province (3) using the comprehensive index method to evaluate the competitiveness of the county economic development The competitiveness of the domain economy is analyzed by cluster analysis.
