河南省第三产业发展状况及竞争力实证研究

【摘要】：第三产业发展水平高低是衡量一个国家和地区经济发达程度的重要标志。近几年,河南省总产值全国排名前五位,但第三产业占GDP的比重却倒数第一。利用《中国统计年鉴》和《河南省统计年鉴》,采用显示比较优势指标分析方法,对河南省第三产业发展状况和竞争力状况进行实证研究,从而得出河南省第三产业整体发展落后,但传统服务业竞争力却高于全国水平,新兴服务业竞争力低于全国水平的认识和结论,这对从整体上了解河南经济发展状况,进而采取有效应对措施提高河南省第三产业整体竞争力具有重要意义。要增强河南省第三产业整体竞争力,首先要明确第三产业发展目标和任务,扩大第三产业总量,优化第三产业结构;其次是要完善市场体制,拓展第三产业发展领域;最后,是要提供一个有利于第三产业发展的政策环境。
[Abstract]:The level of tertiary industry development is an important indicator to measure the economic development of a country and a region. In recent years, Henan Province ranks the top five in total output value, but the tertiary industry ranks last in GDP. By using the Statistical Yearbook of China and the Statistical Yearbook of Henan Province, this paper makes an empirical study on the development and competitiveness of the tertiary industry in Henan Province by using the index analysis method of showing comparative advantage. It is concluded that the overall development of the tertiary industry in Henan Province is backward, but the competitiveness of the traditional service industry is higher than the national level, and the competitiveness of the emerging service industry is lower than the national level. It is of great significance to take effective measures to improve the overall competitiveness of the tertiary industry in Henan Province. In order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the tertiary industry in Henan Province, first of all, it is necessary to make clear the objectives and tasks of the development of the tertiary industry, to expand the total amount of the tertiary industry, and to optimize the tertiary industry structure; secondly, to improve the market system and expand the field of tertiary industry development; and finally, Is to provide a favorable policy environment for the development of the tertiary industry.
