重庆市主城居民幸福指数组合评价研究

【摘要】：幸福是人类永恒的追求，是人生的终极目标。幸福指数这一概念的提出，为衡量社会发展程度提供了新视角，尤其是对加快我国社会主义建设，提高人民幸福感，具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。重庆市自从直辖以后，在经济、文化、教育等领域有了飞速的发展。特别是近年来的城镇化建设，使人民的生活水平有了很大的提高，人民幸福感不断增加。在这种情况下，就必须有一套科学可行的方法来衡量重庆市主城居民幸福指数的高低。本论文采用了组合评价方法，对2001—2010年间重庆市主城居民幸福指数进行了评价，通过对比归纳出了有利于提高居民幸福指数的发展模式。本文首先对研究背景，研究目的及意义进行了全面的了解，并对国内外研究现状进行了综述。然后，对影响重庆市主城居民幸福指数的各项因素进行分析，借鉴马克思主义关于幸福含义的理解，构建了一套相对完善的重庆市主城居民幸福指数评价指标体系。然后对国内外评价方法的研究现状进行了详细的分析，确定本文所选取的三种单一评价法：层次分析法、模糊综合评判法以及灰色综合评价法，，并对这三种评价法的优点与不足之处进行了分析，得到本文所选取的两种组合评价法：基于灰色关联的的模糊层次组合评价法和基于贝叶斯思想的组合评价法。此外，本文用所选取的三种单一评价方法分别评价重庆市主城居民幸福指数并排序，总结出幸福指数差异的原因。接着用组合评价方法进行最终的评价，并利用SPSS软件对评价结果进行相关性分析，得到相关系数矩阵，进而判断本文所选取的两种组合评价法的一致性情况。最后，对组合评价法的结果进行分析与总结，得出了一系列的意见建议，在理论层次上为重庆市主城居民幸福指数改进作出了一定的贡献。本文作者希望通过对2001—2010年重庆市主城居民幸福指数的研究为重庆市今后的发展提供一些有益的建议，最终提高城镇居民总体生活水平。
[Abstract]:Happiness is the eternal pursuit of human beings, is the ultimate goal of life. The concept of happiness index provides a new angle of view for measuring the degree of social development, especially for speeding up the construction of socialism in China and improving people's happiness, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. Chongqing has developed rapidly in the fields of economy, culture, education and so on. The urbanization construction in recent years has greatly improved the people's living standard and people's happiness. In this case, there must be a set of scientific and feasible methods to measure the well-being of Chongqing residents. In this paper, the combined evaluation method is used to evaluate the residents' happiness index in the main city of Chongqing from 2001 to 2010, and the development model of the index is concluded by comparison. In this paper, the background, purpose and significance of the research are comprehensively understood, and the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized. Then, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the happiness index of the residents in the main city of Chongqing, draws on the understanding of Marxism about the meaning of happiness, and constructs a set of relatively perfect evaluation index system of the happiness index of the residents in the main city of Chongqing. Then, the research status of evaluation methods at home and abroad is analyzed in detail, and three single evaluation methods selected in this paper are determined: analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey comprehensive evaluation. The advantages and disadvantages of these three evaluation methods are analyzed, and two kinds of combination evaluation methods are obtained: the fuzzy hierarchical combination evaluation method based on grey relation and the combination evaluation method based on Bayesian thought. In addition, this paper uses three single evaluation methods to evaluate and rank the happiness index of Chongqing residents, and summarizes the reasons for the difference of happiness index. Then the final evaluation is carried out by the combination evaluation method, and the correlation coefficient matrix is obtained by using SPSS software to analyze the relativity of the evaluation results, and then the consistency of the two combination evaluation methods selected in this paper is judged. Finally, the results of the combination evaluation method are analyzed and summarized, and a series of opinions and suggestions are obtained, which contribute to the improvement of the happiness index of the residents of Chongqing's main city on the theoretical level. The author of this paper hopes to provide some useful suggestions for the future development of Chongqing through the study of the happiness index of Chongqing residents from 2001 to 2010, and finally to improve the overall living standard of urban residents.
