[Abstract]:In the 13th Five-Year Plan, the key to grasp the general trend of economic transformation and upgrade and intensify the adjustment of economic structure is to develop modern service industry with the emphasis on opening up the service market. This is not only the key to adapt to the trend of economic transformation, but also the major task of market-oriented reform. First, the opening up of the service market has affected the transition and growth. The reform and opening up of the past 30 years or so has taken hold of the importance of industrial development.
