[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, several global climate assessment reports by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change (IPCC) have warned humans of the dangers of rising temperatures and presented "new, more solid evidence" that Global warming is most likely caused by human activity, and it has a profound impact on natural systems and social economy. Curbing global warming and reducing carbon dioxide emissions have become the consensus of the world in the 21 st century. All countries are actively seeking ways and means to reduce carbon emissions.
