【摘要】：开放是国家繁荣发展的必由之路。"十三五"时期,国内外环境发生新变化,我国经济深度融入世界经济,对提高对外开放水平提出了新的更高要求。我们要深刻领会十八届五中全会精神,认真总结对外开放的历史经验,不断完善对外开放战略布局,培育我国参与和引领国际经济合作和竞争新优势,为全面建成小康社会创造更好条件。
[Abstract]:Opening up is the only way to the prosperity and development of our country. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, new changes have taken place in the environment at home and abroad, and China's economy has been deeply integrated into the world economy, which has put forward new and higher requirements for raising the level of opening to the outside world. We must profoundly understand the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, conscientiously sum up the historical experience of opening to the outside world, constantly improve the strategic layout of opening up, and cultivate our country to participate in and lead new advantages in international economic cooperation and competition. Create better conditions for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
