我国居民财产性收入的增长问题研究

【摘要】:我国居民的收入由工资性收入、转移性收入、经营性收入和财产性收入四个部分组成。随着经济的快速发展,居民的收入水平大幅度提高,财产积累不断增多,财产性收入也不断增加。虽然目前财产性收入在我国居民总收入中所占比重还比较小,但其增长速度呈现上升趋势,财产性收入逐渐成为我国居民收入的重要组成部分,其重要性不能忽视。党的十七大报告提出“创造条件让更多群众拥有财产性收人”,这充分体现了国家改善民生、人民发展成果由人民共享的理念,引起了社会各界对财产性收入的广泛关注和深入研究。 本文对我国居民财产性收入的增长问题进行了全面系统的研究。文章分为五个主要部分:绪论部分介绍了文章的选题背景意义及国内外研究综述;第二部分首先对财产和财产性收入概念进行界定,然后分城镇和农村对居民财产性收入的现状进行分析,分别从态势、来源渠道、差异三个方面全面展开;第三部分是实证部分,从众多影响居民财产性收入增长的因素中挑选出几个显著的易量化的指标,通过建立模型,研究其对财产性收入增长的影响;第四部分是影响因素的具体分析,根据实证结果详细分析目前制约我国居民财产性收入增长的因素;最后,针对模型的结果和当前的问题,有针对性地提出促进我国居民财产性收入增长的对策和建议。 通过上述的分析,发现我国居民财产性收入存在以下重要特点:增长迅速,但总体水平不高,占总收入比重偏低,收入来源单一,分布不均衡,差距明显。制约我国居民财产性收入增长的主要因素有:居民收入水平低,收入差距扩大;金融市场发展滞后,居民投资渠道窄;住房调控机制不完善;社会保障制度不健全;居民风险意识弱,投资理财能力低等。我们可以从以下几个方面努力,来促进我国居民财产性收入的快速增长:保持经济平稳快速发展,促进居民收入增长;促进金融市场健康发展,拓宽居民投资渠道;完善住房制度和住房调控体制;加大社会保障力度,完善社会保障制度;普及居民的投资理财风险教育。
[Abstract]:The income of Chinese residents consists of four parts: wage income, transfer income, operating income and property income. With the rapid development of economy, the income level of residents has been greatly improved, the accumulation of property has been increasing, and the income of property has been increasing. Although the proportion of property income in the total income of Chinese residents is still relatively small, the growth rate of property income is on the rise, and property income has gradually become an important part of Chinese residents' income, and its importance can not be ignored. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "create conditions for more people to own property and receive people," which fully embodies the concept of the state improving people's livelihood and sharing the fruits of people's development. Has caused the social all walks of life to the property income widespread concern and the thorough research. This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the growth of property income in China. The article is divided into five main parts: the introduction part introduces the background significance of the topic and the domestic and foreign research review; the second part defines the concept of property and property income. Then it analyzes the current situation of the residents' property income in towns and rural areas, respectively, from three aspects: situation, source channels and differences. The third part is the empirical part. From many factors that affect the growth of residents' property income, this paper selects several significant and quantifiable indicators, and studies the impact of the factors on the growth of property income by establishing a model. The fourth part is the specific analysis of the factors affecting the growth of property income, the fourth part is the specific analysis of the factors affecting the growth of property income. According to the empirical results, this paper analyzes in detail the factors restricting the growth of the property income of Chinese residents, and finally, aiming at the results of the model and the current problems, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the growth of the property income of the residents in China. Through the above analysis, it is found that the property income of Chinese residents has the following important characteristics: rapid growth, but the overall level is not high, the proportion of total income is low, the source of income is single, the distribution is uneven, and the difference is obvious. The main factors that restrict the growth of residents' property income are as follows: low income level, widening income gap, lagging development of financial market, narrow investment channels, imperfect housing control mechanism, imperfect social security system; The resident risk consciousness is weak, the investment finance ability is low and so on. We can make efforts in the following aspects to promote the rapid growth of the property income of our country's residents: to maintain the steady and rapid development of the economy, to promote the growth of the residents' income, to promote the healthy development of the financial market, and to broaden the channels of residents' investment; Improve the housing system and housing control system; strengthen social security, improve the social security system; popularize the investment and financial risk education of residents.
