【摘要】：正在走出去发展已成为中国经济新常态重要特征的格局下,在民企不断成为走出去参与"一带一路"建设新生战略力量的趋势中,有关方面及民营企业期盼并建议国家把促进民企走出去放在更加重要位置,进一步从政策、法律、体制机制和发展环境上保驾护航,推波助澜。
[Abstract]:Under the pattern of going out and developing, which has become an important feature of the new normal state of China's economy, private enterprises are constantly becoming the trend of going out to participate in the construction of "Belt and Road" as a new strategic force. Relevant parties and private enterprises look forward to and suggest that the state should put the promotion of private enterprises in a more important position, and further protect the country from the policies, laws, institutional mechanisms and development environment.
