湖北开发区转型升级的中部比较及建议

【摘要】：正在全面深化经济体制改革和经济"新常态"的新时期,推进开发区转型升级,对于我省保持经济发展活力,加快打造"建成支点、走在前列"具有战略意义。一、湖北与中部五省开发区经济贡献比较作为经济发展的引擎,开发区在引领中部崛起中做出了重要贡献。湖北与中部五省开发区对比,虽然在规模总量、发展水平上有比较优势,但在发展质量、技术创新、对外开放等方面还存在差距。
[Abstract]:In the new period of deepening the economic system reform and economic "new normal" in an all-round way, it is of strategic significance to promote the transformation and upgrade of the development zone for our province to maintain the vitality of economic development and to speed up the establishment of "the fulcrum of completion and advance in the forefront". First, the economic contribution of Hubei and five central provinces is compared. As the engine of economic development, the development zone has made an important contribution in leading the rise of the central region. Compared with the development zones of five central provinces, Hubei has a comparative advantage in total scale and level of development, but there are still gaps in development quality, technological innovation and opening to the outside world.
