西太湖科技城发展规划研究

【摘要】：中国自改革开放以来,各类开发区如雨后春笋般迅速发展。三十年来,开发区在带动地方经济、培育特色产业方面起到了中流砥柱的作用。然而在蓬勃成长的同时,三十而立的开发区也日益面临着严峻的各类问题。本文拟就针对西太湖科技城的现实情况,研究各类开发区理论,并充分借鉴国内外开发区产业集聚、转型升级等方面经验教训,通过实证分析,综合本地区域的优势与劣势,提炼西太湖科技城建设目标、发展路径和基本思路,并提出西太湖科技城主导产业的发展方向和保障措施,为新兴的西太湖科技城提供一条具有现实参考意义的发展之路。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, all kinds of development zones have sprung up rapidly. In the past thirty years, the development zones have played a mainstay in promoting local economy and cultivating characteristic industries. However, at the same time, the development zones are increasingly facing severe problems. This paper is aimed at western Taihu families. The actual situation of the city, the research of various development zones theory, and the experience and lessons learned from the industrial agglomeration at home and abroad, and the transformation and upgrading, through the empirical analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the local region, the construction objectives, the development path and the basic idea of the West Taihu science and Technology City, and the development of the leading industry in the West Taihu science and Technology City Direction and safeguard measures provide a realistic reference for the development of the new West Taihu science and technology city.
