河南省金融支持产业结构优化可行路径研究

【摘要】：当今中国的核心问题、河南的核心问题都是科学发展,实现科学发展的首要问题是加快转变经济发展方式,加快转变经济发展方式的主要突破口是产业结构优化。当前,河南省正处于产业结构优化的关键时期,金融业发展相对滞后是制约河南产业结构优化的突出“短板”,研究河南省金融支持产业结构优化的现状、问题和对策,具有一定的现实意义。 本文根据产业结构升级理论和金融发展理论,采用文献研究、调查研究、统计分析等方法,对河南省金融支持产业结构优化的现状、问题进行了分析研究,从加强融资对接协调、完善金融杠杆功能、繁荣金融主体、推进金融改革创新、完善金融服务、优化金融环境等方面提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the core problems of China and Henan are all scientific development. The most important problem to realize scientific development is to speed up the transformation of economic development mode, and the main breakthrough point to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode is the optimization of industrial structure. At present, Henan Province is in the key period of industrial structure optimization. The relative lag in the development of financial industry is a prominent "short board" that restricts the optimization of Henan's industrial structure. This paper studies the present situation, problems and countermeasures of the optimization of Henan's financial support industrial structure. Has certain realistic significance. Based on the theory of industrial structure upgrading and the theory of financial development, this paper analyzes and studies the current situation and problems of financial support industrial structure optimization in Henan Province by means of literature research, investigation and statistical analysis. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the financing docking coordination, perfecting the financial leverage function, prospering the financial subject, promoting the financial reform and innovation, perfecting the financial service, optimizing the financial environment and so on.
