巴基斯坦产业结构升级研究

【摘要】：在工业经济时代,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,经济的增长都取决于其持续发展的模式。巴基斯坦作为一个发展中国家,需要重振第一、第二、第三产业的基础。本文的目的在于研究产业结构演进与优化,包括制造业发展和产业结构升级,影响产业机构升级的主要因素,区域产业结构,产业对地区增长的贡献,为了获得竞争优势和经济效益,应该重视产业基础建设,并在此基础上推进产业结构升级。 本文将阐述产业结构与不同产业特性之间的关系,以及各个产业效率和生产率增加的变化。为了实现这一研究目的,本文首先考察了产业生产与出口增长方面的行业特性,并关注其产业技术方向与强度,产业结构变化对生产率增长的影响,以及产业结构上趋于一致现象的存在。其次,本文考察了主导产业对产业结构形成的作用,以及对制造业生产率的影响。基于技术方向与强度的产业描述性分析显示,产业结构变化伴随着技术密集型产品和出口的增加。分解性分析表明,产业结构变化对投资增长的影响并不重要,巴基斯坦与其他快速增长的发展中国家一样,产业结构出现了与工业化国家的产业结构趋于一致的现象,但是巴基斯坦在这方面速度缓慢。最后统计及计量结果表明,主导产业的出现,伴随着其生产率的提高与及时的政策法规,这将会促进生产率增长,经济与基础设施的发展。 全文共分七章,第一章为引言,包括研究背景、意义。第二章阐述了相关理论,梳理了相关文献为以后的研究奠定基础。第三章分析了近20年来巴基斯坦产业基础现状及发展趋势。第四章介绍了灰色系统理论,产业结构优化评价指标体系,主导产业的选择,以及影响产业体系建立的因素。第五章把中国作为可参考的对象,分享了中国产业结构升级的经验。第六章应用案例研究,探讨了实现产业结构升级的路径及机制,考察两个典型工业城市产业结构的调整路径及战略。第七章总结与政策建议,得出结论,阐释创新点,提出政策建议。 本文利用E-views, LINGO and MS Excel软件进行了计量经济学估计,并运用案例研究方法分析了巴基斯坦两个主导和典型城市产业结构现状。定量与定性分析相结合,得到了一些重要的结论。研究表明,产业结构升级是一个协调不同产业发展的过程,这个过程也是满足社会及国际市场日益增长的需求的过程,也是一个更好的配置资源(人力、资本、能源、自然资源)的过程。产业转型和发展的实践表明,产业结构的振兴,对经济的可持续发展,以及经济和国家强盛的实现意义重大。
[Abstract]:In the era of industrial economy, whether developed or developing countries, economic growth depends on its sustainable development model. As a developing country, Pakistan needs to reinvigorate the foundation of the first, second and third industries. The purpose of this paper is to study the evolution and optimization of industrial structure, including the development of manufacturing industry and upgrading of industrial structure, the main factors affecting the upgrading of industrial institutions, the regional industrial structure, and the contribution of industry to regional growth. In order to obtain the competitive advantage and economic benefit, we should attach importance to the industrial infrastructure construction and promote the upgrading of the industrial structure on this basis. This paper will expound the relationship between industrial structure and different industrial characteristics, as well as the changes of industrial efficiency and productivity. In order to achieve this purpose, this paper first examines the industry characteristics of industrial production and export growth, and pays attention to the direction and intensity of industrial technology, the impact of industrial structure change on productivity growth. And industrial structure tends to be consistent with the existence of the phenomenon. Secondly, this paper examines the effect of leading industries on the formation of industrial structure and on manufacturing productivity. The descriptive analysis of industry based on technology direction and intensity shows that the change of industrial structure is accompanied by the increase of technology-intensive products and exports. The decomposition analysis shows that the impact of the changes in industrial structure on investment growth is not important, and that Pakistan, like other fast-growing developing countries, appears to be in line with the industrial structure of industrialized countries. But Pakistan is slow to do so. Finally, the results of statistics and measurement show that the emergence of leading industries, along with the improvement of productivity and timely policies and regulations, will promote the growth of productivity, the development of economy and infrastructure. This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, including the research background and significance. The second chapter elaborates the related theory, combs the related literature to lay the foundation for the later research. The third chapter analyzes the current situation and development trend of Pakistan's industrial base in recent 20 years. The fourth chapter introduces the grey system theory, the evaluation index system of industrial structure optimization, the choice of leading industry, and the factors influencing the establishment of industrial system. The fifth chapter takes China as the reference object and shares the experience of China's industrial structure upgrading. The sixth chapter discusses the path and mechanism of industrial structure upgrading by case study, and studies the adjustment path and strategy of industrial structure in two typical industrial cities. Chapter VII summarizes and policy recommendations, draws conclusions, explains innovation points and puts forward policy recommendations. In this paper, the econometrics estimation is carried out by using E-views and LINGO and MS Excel software, and the present situation of industrial structure of two leading and typical cities in Pakistan is analyzed by case study method. Some important conclusions are obtained by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. The research shows that the upgrading of industrial structure is a process of coordinating the development of different industries. This process is also a process to meet the growing needs of society and the international market, and also a better allocation of resources (human, capital, energy). Natural resources) The practice of industrial transformation and development shows that the revitalization of industrial structure is of great significance to the sustainable development of economy and the realization of economic and national prosperity.
