In the golden section of the Silk Road economy, Gansu should fully seize the favorable opportunity to break through the basic bottlenecks, strengthen regional cooperation, excavate characteristics, and expand and cultivate superior industries, etc. To achieve "Tong", "unified", "special", "excellent", to achieve a rapid rise.
