京津冀都市圈服务业空间相互作用研究

【摘要】:空间相互作用是人文地理学的经典研究议题,是经济联系的机制所在,服务业空间相互作用研究则可以明晰区域服务业经济联系。本文以此为切入点,运用分形理论探讨京津冀都市圈服务业的演化特征,借助引力模型、城市流模型量化分析京津冀都市圈服务业经济联系强度格局,同时城市流模型还能进一步判定京津冀都市圈服务业的对外联系结构特征及服务职能特征;运用地缘经济关系模型,判定京津冀都市圈各城市服务业的竞合关系;最后简要提出了相关优化服务经济联系的相关对策。研究结论表明: (1)京津冀都市圈服务业规模结构并不成熟,近十年来服务业集聚趋势明显,与理想最优分布仍有差距。 (2)京津冀都市圈外圈层城市之间联系强度仍然相对较小,北京与廊坊的联系强度大幅增加,内圈层北京、天津及廊坊形成服务业联系的“强三角”,都市圈内经济联系的主要方向仍为北京—天津。 (3)京津冀都市圈服务业外向服务功能高度集聚于区域中心城市,中心城市外向功能向知识密集型和技术密集型跃迁,服务业外向程度进一步加深。 (4)都市圈各城市整体服务职能在不断突出,生产性服务职能在强化,消费性服务职能弱化,同时,生产性服务业分工在深化,其中信息传输、计算机服务和软件业分工程度最深。 (5)都市圈服务业地缘经济关系整体格局向竞争型关系演进。各城市间的产业结构由较明确的竞合关系逐渐演变为竞争与互补不确定型关系;服务业高端人力资本地缘关系整体演化趋势向竞争型关系演化,强互补型城市也在增加;金融资本配置效率地缘经济关系向强竞争型和强互补型演化。
[Abstract]:Spatial interaction is the classical research topic of human geography and the mechanism of economic connection, while the spatial interaction of service industry can clarify the regional service industry economic connection. This paper uses fractal theory to discuss the evolution characteristics of service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area. With the help of gravity model and city flow model, the paper analyzes quantitatively the pattern of economic connection intensity of service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area. At the same time, the urban flow model can further determine the characteristics of the service industry's external connection structure and service function in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area, and use the geo-economic relationship model to judge the competing relationship of the various urban service industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area. Finally, the paper briefly puts forward the relevant countermeasures to optimize the economic connection of service. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the scale structure of service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area is not mature, and the trend of service industry agglomeration is obvious in the last ten years. There is still a gap between the optimal distribution and the ideal distribution. (2) the intensity of connection between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei metropolitan area is still relatively small, and the connection intensity between Beijing and Langfang increases significantly. Tianjin and Langfang form a "strong triangle" of service links, and the main direction of economic links within the metropolitan area is still Beijing-Tianjin. (3) the service outward service functions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area are highly concentrated in regional central cities. The outward function of central city changes to knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive, and the extroversion of service industry further deepens. (4) the whole service function of each city in metropolitan area is constantly prominent, and the function of productive service is being strengthened. At the same time, the division of labor in producer services is deepening, in which information transmission, The division of labor between computer service and software industry is the deepest. (5) the overall pattern of geo-economic relationship in metropolitan service industry evolves to competitive relationship. The industrial structure of different cities has gradually evolved from a clear relationship of competition and cooperation to a relationship of competition and complementary uncertainty, the overall evolution trend of the geographical relationship of high-end human capital in the service industry has changed to a competitive relationship, and the strong complementary city is also increasing. The geo-economic relationship of financial capital allocation efficiency evolves to strong competition and strong complementarity.
