重庆市对外贸易结构对产业结构的影响研究

【摘要】：在经济学研究领域内，对外贸易结构与产业结构一直都是两个热点问题。自直辖以来重庆市的对外贸易发展迅猛，，逐渐实现了贸易顺差，对外贸易的规模迅速扩大，一方面创造了大量利税收入，另一方面还带动了经济的增长。经济转型的关键之一是要实现产业结构的优化升级。然而，对外贸易结构的变化与经济增长转型之间也存在着密不可分的联系，二者相互影响，互为因果。随着经济全球化效应的扩大，开放部门与产业部门之间的关系不断增强，世界经济对经济转型与结构升级的影响将不断深入，毫无疑问，产业结构的升级与转型也将在开放型经济中进行。近几年，重庆市提出了打造西部内陆开放高地的口号，在加快开放程度的同时还要实现经济的健康、稳定发展。在世界各国都增大开放度，发展开放型经济的大环境下，对外贸易无疑将成为影响产业结构最主要的外部因素。因此，对外贸易结构与产业结构的协调发展是一个国家或者地区经济健康发展的重要保障。本文旨在前人研究的基础上，借鉴某些理论及研究方法，以重庆市为研究对象，对经济全球化背景下的重庆市对外贸易结构对产业结构的影响做一个比较全面的分析。本文主要研究框架由如下六个部分组成：第一章，导言。本章陈述了论文的选题的背景及意义，研究内容，技术路线以及相关文献综述。第二章，对外贸易结构与产业结构的理论分析。第二章是本文的理论部分，首先，分别回顾对外贸易结构理论和产业结构相关理论；然后，在理论的基础上总结出对外贸易结构通过何种方式和途径来影响产业结构，并建立一个对外贸易结构影响产业结构的一般性理论框架，为下文的研究提供理论支撑。第三章，重庆市对外贸易与产业结构发展现状研究。本章主要介绍重庆市进出口结构以及重庆市三次产业结构的发展现状和特征，采用横向比较的方法，结合描述性统计分析得出重庆市对外贸易结构与产业结构的发展现状及存在的问题，为下文实证分析影响渠道提供现实基础。第四章，重庆市对外贸易结构对产业结构影响渠道的实证分析。基于新经济增长理论的技术进步经济增长模型，从全要素生产率的角度，采用协整回归实证分析了重庆分类商品的进出口占GDP的比重、总进口、总出口、劳动和资本存量对重庆市三次产业的产出增长的全要素生产率和技术溢出效应；在此基础上，建立误差修正模型，考察以上变量短期波动对三次产业产出增长的影响作用；最后，归纳总结出重庆市对外贸易结构影响产业结构的方式和渠道。第五章，重庆市对外贸贸易结构变化与产业结构变化的实证分析。借用前人研究的方法，构造结构变动值测量指标，从动态的角度，研究出口结构影响产业结构，进口结构影响产业结构机制是否通畅。结合第四章对外贸易结构对产业结构的影响渠道分析，比较全面、系统地考察重庆市对外贸易结构与产业结构之间的影响机理，并发现二者在演进过程中存在的问题，为第六章的对策建议提供依据。第六章，优化协调发展重庆市对外贸易与产业结构的对策及建议。根据前文的现状分析和实证分析，归纳总结出存在的一些主要问题，并针对相关问题提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the field of economic research, the foreign trade structure and industrial structure have always been two hot issues. Since the central government, Chongqing's foreign trade has developed rapidly, gradually realized the trade surplus, the scale of foreign trade expanded rapidly, on the one hand, it created a large amount of tax revenue, on the other hand, it also led to the economic growth.
One of the key points of economic transformation is to realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. However, there is an inseparable relationship between the change of foreign trade structure and the transformation of economic growth. The two parties interact and cause mutual cause and effect. With the expansion of the economic globalization effect, the relationship between the open sector and the industrial sector is increasing, and the world economy is increasing. The impact of economic transformation and structural upgrading will continue to deepen. There is no doubt that the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure will also be carried out in the open economy. In recent years, Chongqing has put forward the slogan of building the open highland of the west inland. At the same time, the health of the economy and the stable development should be realized at the same time. All the countries in the world have increased. Under the environment of opening and opening economy, foreign trade will undoubtedly become the most important external factor affecting the industrial structure. Therefore, the coordinated development of foreign trade structure and industrial structure is an important guarantee for the healthy development of a country or region.
On the basis of previous studies, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the foreign trade structure of Chongqing on the industrial structure under the background of economic globalization, using some theories and research methods and taking Chongqing as the research object. The main research framework of this paper is composed of six parts as follows:
Chapter 1, introduction. This chapter states the background, significance, research content, technical line and related literature review of the thesis.
The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of the foreign trade structure and industrial structure. The second chapter is the theoretical part of this article. First, it reviews the theory of foreign trade structure and the related theory of industrial structure. Then, on the basis of the theory, it summarizes the way and path of foreign trade structure to influence the industrial structure and establish a foreign trade. The general theoretical framework of structure affecting industrial structure provides theoretical support for the following research.
The third chapter, the present situation of the development of Chongqing's foreign trade and industrial structure. This chapter mainly introduces the import and export structure of Chongqing and the status and characteristics of the development of the three industrial structure of Chongqing. By means of the lateral comparison, the present situation and the existing problems of the foreign trade structure and industrial structure of Chongqing and the existing problems are obtained by the descriptive statistical analysis. It provides a realistic basis for the empirical analysis of the following channels.
The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the influence channel of Chongqing's foreign trade structure to the industrial structure. Based on the new economic growth theory, the technological progress economic growth model, from the angle of the total factor productivity, uses cointegration regression to analyze the specific weight of the import and export of the classified commodities in Chongqing, the total import, the total export, the labor and capital stock. The total factor productivity and technology spillover effect of the output growth of the three industries in the city of Qing City; on this basis, the error correction model was established to investigate the effect of the short-term fluctuation of the above variables on the growth of the three industrial output. Finally, the ways and channels of the industrial structure of Chongqing's foreign trade structure were summed up.
The fifth chapter, the empirical analysis of the structural change of foreign trade trade and the change of industrial structure in Chongqing. Using the methods of previous research, we construct the measurement index of structural change value. From the dynamic point of view, it studies the influence of the export structure on the industrial structure. The import structure affects the smooth structure of the industrial structure. The industrial structure is combined with the fourth chapter of the foreign trade structure. The influence channel analysis is more comprehensive, the influence mechanism between the foreign trade structure and the industrial structure of Chongqing is systematically investigated, and the problems of the two in the process of the evolution are found, which provides the basis for the countermeasures and suggestions of the sixth chapter.
The sixth chapter is to optimize and coordinate the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Chongqing's foreign trade and industrial structure. According to the present situation analysis and empirical analysis, some major problems are summed up and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the light of the related problems.
