科技进步对低碳经济发展影响的实证研究

【摘要】:在能源快速消耗、环境恶化的情况下,发展低碳经济成为世界各国经济发展的新模式,得到世界各国的一致认可,并采取相应的政策举措来大力发展低碳经济,学者们也纷纷展开对低碳经济发展的相关研究。因此,本文在此背景下,探讨科技进步对低碳经济发展的实证研究,以期能够丰富低碳经济理论的发展,同时能够提出对中国低碳经济发展有益的对策建议。 本文研究分为以下四个步骤:首先,从时间、行业、区域等多个维度对我国低碳经济发展现状进行现状分析,得出我国低碳经济发展所处的情况,深入分析得出我国低碳经济发展存在经济社会发展和资源环境不协调、中国城市化的环境压力较大、中国工业化的能源需求较大和中国能源消费以煤为主导致环境污染大等突出问题。之后,,通过整理分析已有文献,对科技进步对低碳经济发展影响的机理进行分析,理清科技进步对低碳经济影响的路径,为下一步研究打下基础。然后,在理清科技进步对低碳经济影响的路径基础上,对科技进步与低碳经济评价指标进行构建,并采用结构方程模型定量研究科技进步对低碳经济发展的影响。得出节能技术、清洁能源技术、能效技术和减排技术对低碳经济发展均有正向的促进作用。最后,结合我国的实际情况,提出我国低碳经济发展的指导意见及对策建议。 本文主要的创新工作是深入分析了节能技术、清洁能源技术、能效技术和减排技术对低碳经济影响的机理,并突破传统定性分析的局限,定量地研究科技进步对低碳经济的影响。
[Abstract]:With the rapid consumption of energy and the deterioration of the environment, the development of a low-carbon economy has become a new model for the economic development of various countries in the world, which has been unanimously recognized by all countries in the world, and corresponding policy measures have been taken to vigorously develop the low-carbon economy. Scholars have also launched the development of low-carbon economic research. Therefore, under this background, this paper discusses the empirical research on the development of low-carbon economy by scientific and technological progress, in order to enrich the development of low-carbon economy theory, and at the same time, it can put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of low-carbon economy in China. This paper is divided into the following four steps: first of all, from the time, industry, region and other dimensions of low-carbon economic development in China, the current situation of low-carbon economic development is analyzed, and the situation of low-carbon economic development in China is obtained. The deep analysis shows that the development of low-carbon economy in China is not in harmony with the economic and social development and the resources and environment, and the environmental pressure of China's urbanization is great. China's industrial energy demand and China's energy consumption mainly caused by coal environmental pollution and other outstanding problems. After that, the paper analyzes the mechanism of the impact of scientific and technological progress on low-carbon economy, and clarifies the path of the impact of scientific and technological progress on low-carbon economy, laying a foundation for the next research. Then, on the basis of clarifying the influence of science and technology progress on low carbon economy, the evaluation index of science and technology progress and low carbon economy is constructed, and the influence of science and technology progress on low carbon economy is studied quantitatively by using structural equation model. It is concluded that energy saving technology, clean energy technology, energy efficiency technology and emission reduction technology have positive effects on the development of low carbon economy. Finally, according to the actual situation of our country, the paper puts forward some guiding opinions and countermeasures for the development of low-carbon economy in China. The main innovation work of this paper is to analyze the mechanism of energy saving technology, clean energy technology, energy efficiency technology and emission reduction technology on low-carbon economy, and break through the limitation of traditional qualitative analysis.
