杭州居民文化消费现状及宏观影响因素分析

【摘要】:自2008年国际金融危机以来,杭州市出台了一系列以保消费促增长的行动计划,消费市场平稳上扬。2010年以后,杭州经济开始逐渐摆脱金融危机的影响,实现企稳回升,然而支持经济增长的深层次原因仍然存在。收入的大幅提高实现了杭州居民消费需求从“生存型”到“享受型”和“发展型”的转变升级,而矛盾的是,作为反映居民高层次精神需求的文化消费不增反降。本文针对这一问题展开相关研究,力图解开杭州文化消费需求的黑箱。 本文首先阐述了杭州居民文化消费的动态发展趋势,并开展不同收入居民群体的文化消费特征比较。然后我们基于宏观视角,采用计量分析技术分别考察了城镇居民和农村居民的文化消费行为,构建了文化消费模型、文化娱乐用品消费模型、文化娱乐服务消费模型和教育消费模型,通过逐步回归技术实现模型形式的筛选和模型参数的估计。研究结论表明,影响居民文化消费的宏观因素体具有一定的城乡差异:城镇居民主要受居民生活水平、消费习惯、收入不确定因素以及文化产品价格的显著影响,而农村居民则主要受生活水平和新技术革命因素的影响;同时,不同类别文化消费的宏观影响因素也具有差异性:收入水平对所有类型的文化产品消费均体现出正向影响,文化产业发展现状对城镇居民文化娱乐用品消费的影响较为显著,居民的教育消费行为更易受国家宏观政策的影响,居民文化娱乐服务消费受闲暇时间的影响较为显著。最后,我们从收入水平、文化产品价格、文化产业发展、文化基础设施建设、非义务教育等五个方面提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:Since the 2008 international financial crisis, Hangzhou has issued a series of action plans to boost consumption and promote growth. The consumer market has risen steadily. After 2010, Hangzhou's economy began to gradually shake off the impact of the financial crisis and achieve a steady recovery. However, the underlying reasons for supporting economic growth still exist. The substantial increase in income has realized the transformation and upgrading of Hangzhou residents' consumption demand from "survival type" to "enjoyment type" and "development type". Paradoxically, cultural consumption, as a reflection of residents' high-level spiritual needs, does not increase but decrease. This paper aims at this problem and tries to unravel the black box of Hangzhou's cultural consumption demand. This paper first expounds the dynamic development trend of Hangzhou residents' cultural consumption, and compares the cultural consumption characteristics of different income groups. Then, based on the macro perspective, we use econometric analysis technology to investigate the cultural consumption behavior of urban residents and rural residents, and construct the cultural consumption model, cultural entertainment goods consumption model. The consumption model of cultural and entertainment services and the consumption model of education are used to screen the model form and estimate the model parameters by stepwise regression technology. The results show that there is a certain difference between urban and rural areas in the macro factors affecting the residents' cultural consumption: the urban residents are mainly affected by the residents' living standards, consumption habits, uncertain income factors and the prices of cultural products. However, the rural residents are mainly affected by the factors of living standard and new technology revolution, at the same time, the macro factors of different kinds of cultural consumption are different: the income level has a positive effect on the consumption of all kinds of cultural products. The current situation of cultural industry development has a significant impact on the consumption of cultural and recreational goods for urban residents. The educational consumption behavior of residents is more susceptible to the influence of national macro policies, and the consumption of cultural and recreational services is more significantly affected by leisure time. Finally, we put forward some suggestions from five aspects: income level, price of cultural products, development of cultural industry, construction of cultural infrastructure and non-compulsory education.
