关于在经济“新常态”下转变发展方式的思考

【摘要】：金融危机后,支持我国过去经济高速增长的结构性因素发生变化了。而新的结构性因素正处于形成之中,表现为消费在经济增长中的比例不断提高、居民收入不断增加、服务业比重增长速度超过了工业、创新能力不断提升和中西部经济发展趋于平衡等方面。调结构,转方式是未来寻找新的经济增长点的关键举措,更是当前经济发展的新常态。针对经济新常态,本文提出7个方面关于转变发展方式的思考和建议。
[Abstract]:Following the financial crisis, the structural factors that supported China's past rapid economic growth have changed. And new structural factors are taking shape, as the proportion of consumption in economic growth continues to rise, the income of residents continues to increase, and the proportion of service industries grows faster than that of industry. Innovation ability continues to improve and the central and western economic development tends to balance, and so on. Adjusting structure and changing mode is the key measure to find new economic growth point in the future, and it is also the new normal of current economic development. In view of the new normal state of economy, this paper puts forward seven aspects of thinking and suggestions on changing the mode of development.
