章丘市特色经济发展研究

【摘要】：县域经济是国民经济的基本组成单元和重要组成部分，是连接城市经济与农村经济的桥梁。在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的背景下，县域经济要取得健康快速发展，就要立足县情，利用资源禀赋，发挥区位优势，发挥特色优势，发展特色经济。发展特色经济，特色资源是基础，特色产品是核心，特色技术是支撑.特色产业是依托⑴。分析研究县域特色经济的发展，要注重一下三个层次：一是分析区域的自然环境、社会条件和区位条件等；二是运用定性的方法分析现有的产品、产业等经济状况，运用定量的分析方法，选择特色产业，发挥比较优势，发展特色经济；三是围绕特色产品、产业，对特色经济的健康有序发展提出建议和对策。特色经济是经济地理学、人地理学和经济学研究的一个热点，针对特定区域特色经济的研究具有一定的现实意义。章丘市位于山东省中部，是山东省会济南的副中心城市，有“小泉城”的美誉。境内有明水经济开发区（已升级为国家级经济技术^u发区）、百脉泉旅游景区（全球优秀生态旅游景区）、章丘大葱等特色农产品、锦屏山影视文化产业基地(山东最大的影视基地）等优势条件和资源，为章丘市特色经济的发展奠定了良好的基础。本文在理论分析的基础上，运用定量分析、定性分析、实证分析、文献分析等方法，全面分析了章丘市的现有资源和社会经济发展状况，并对章丘市特色产业和特色经济的发展提出了建议。研究章丘市特色经济的培育和发展具有十分重要的理论意义和实际意义。本论文共包括六章，分为三大部分：第一部分是第一章，简要论述了本文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意义。介绍了国内外研究状况，本文的研究方法、可能的创新之处和技术路线。第二部分是第二章至第五章，对特色经济的相关理论和概念进行了梳理，并从自然环境、资源条件、民族历史文化、社会经济现状等方面系统分析了章丘市发展特色经济的条件。建立了判别章丘市特色产业的评价指标，提出特色经济的发展方向和空间布局，对章丘市发展特色经济提出具体的措施和建议。第三部分是第六章，，对前五章进行了总结，并指出研究的不足之处。
[Abstract]:County economy is a basic unit and an important part of national economy and a bridge connecting urban economy and rural economy. Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, it is necessary for county economy to develop healthily and rapidly. It is necessary to base on the county situation, make use of resource endowment, give full play to location advantage, give play to characteristic advantage, and develop characteristic economy. To analyze and study the development of the economy with county characteristics, we should pay attention to the following three levels: first, to analyze the natural environment, social conditions and location conditions of the region; second, to use qualitative methods to analyze the economic situation of existing products, industries, etc. Using quantitative analysis method, choosing characteristic industry, giving play to comparative advantage and developing characteristic economy; third, putting forward suggestions and countermeasures for healthy and orderly development of characteristic economy around characteristic products and industries. Characteristic economy is a hot topic in the study of economic geography, human geography and economics. Zhangqiu City is located in the middle of Shandong Province, is the capital of Jinan, Shandong Province, a sub-central city, with a "small Springs City" reputation. There are special agricultural products such as Mingshui Economic Development Zone (which has been upgraded to a state-level economic and technological development area), Baijiquan tourist area (a global excellent ecotourism area), Zhangqiu scallions and other special agricultural products, The advantages and resources of Jinping Mountain Film and Television Industry Base (Shandong's largest film and television base) have laid a good foundation for the development of Zhangqiu's characteristic economy. On the basis of theoretical analysis, using quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, empirical analysis, literature analysis and other methods, this paper comprehensively analyzes the existing resources and social and economic development of Zhangqiu. And put forward the suggestion to Zhangqiu characteristic industry and characteristic economy development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cultivation and development of Zhangqiu's characteristic economy. This thesis consists of six chapters, which are divided into three parts: the first part is the first chapter, briefly discusses the research background, research purposes and research significance. This paper introduces the research situation at home and abroad, the research methods, possible innovations and technical routes. The second part is the second to the fifth chapters, combing the relevant theories and concepts of characteristic economy, and from the natural environment, resource conditions, national history and culture, Social and economic situation and other aspects of a systematic analysis of Zhangqiu characteristics of the development of economic conditions. The evaluation index of characteristic industry in Zhangqiu city is established, the development direction and spatial layout of characteristic economy are put forward, and the concrete measures and suggestions for developing characteristic economy in Zhangqiu city are put forward. The third part is the sixth chapter, summarizes the first five chapters, and points out the deficiencies of the study.
