陕西省建筑业与经济发展耦合协调研究

【摘要】：建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业，其蓬勃发展对于整个国民经济的协调运行，起着举足轻重的作用。因此，以建筑业为切入点，探究整个经济的协调发展显得尤为重要。本文在借鉴国内外建筑业与经济发展的相关研究成果的基础上，结合陕西省省情，首先对陕西省建筑业与经济发展的现状进行研究，从发展水平和发展速度两个方面初步分析两者之间的协调程度；在此基础上，运用耦合机理建立陕西省建筑业与经济发展的耦合评价指标体系，基于协同学原理构建陕西省建筑业与经济发展的耦合协调度模型。其次，运用耦合协调度模型，从全省角度探究陕西省建筑业与经济发展之间的耦合协调程度的变动趋势，，研究结果表明：整个研究期内陕西省建筑业与经济发展的耦合协调度总体上呈现上升趋势，两者的耦合关系由低水平走向高水平，即由濒临失调衰退经济受损型发展到优质协调发展同步型。从各行政区划中的角度探究陕西省建筑业与经济发展之间的耦合协调度，分析结果显示：陕西省各市区建筑业与经济发展之间的耦合协调度差异较大，大部分市区处于失调状态，只有少数市区出现协调状况。最后，结合已有研究成果，分别从陕西省全省角度和各行政区划中的角度具体提出建筑业与经济协调发展的相关对策建议。本文不仅可以充实建筑业与经济协调发展的相关理论，同时，对于陕西省建筑业乃至陕西省整个经济发展的相关政策的制订，具有重要参考价值。这对于促进陕西省建筑业的协调发展，推进陕西省经济结构的优化调整，实现陕西省综合国力整体跃升具有重要战略意义。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of national economy, construction industry plays an important role in the coordinated operation of the whole national economy. Therefore, the construction industry as a starting point to explore the coordinated development of the entire economy is particularly important. Based on the related research results of domestic and foreign construction industry and economic development, this paper first studies the current situation of construction industry and economic development in Shaanxi Province, combined with the situation of Shaanxi Province. Based on the analysis of the degree of coordination between the development level and the development speed, the coupling evaluation index system between the construction industry and the economic development of Shaanxi Province is established by using the coupling mechanism. Based on the synergetic principle, the coupling coordination degree model between construction industry and economic development in Shaanxi Province is constructed. Secondly, using the coupling coordination degree model to explore the change trend of the coupling coordination degree between the construction industry and the economic development of Shaanxi Province from the angle of the whole province. The results show that the degree of coupling and coordination between construction industry and economic development in Shaanxi Province has been on the whole rising, and the coupling relationship between them has changed from low level to high level. That is, the development of economic damage from the borderline maladjustment to the quality of coordinated development synchronization. The paper probes into the coupling and coordination degree between construction industry and economic development in Shaanxi Province from the angle of administrative divisions. The results show that the degree of coupling coordination between construction industry and economic development in different urban areas of Shaanxi Province is quite different. Most of the urban areas are in a state of imbalance, and only a small number of urban areas have a state of coordination. Finally, combined with the existing research results, the author puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of the construction industry and the economy from the angle of the province of Shaanxi Province and the angle of each administrative division respectively. This paper not only enriches the theory of coordinated development of construction industry and economy, but also has important reference value for the formulation of policies related to the construction industry and the whole economic development of Shaanxi Province. It is of great strategic significance to promote the coordinated development of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province, to promote the optimization and adjustment of the economic structure of Shaanxi Province, and to realize the overall leap in the overall national strength of Shaanxi Province.
