再论欧债危机的根源、治理与启示:基于对欧美国家工资政策的比较研究

【摘要】:欧债危机的根源是劳动力市场制度和宏观经济政策领域的新自由主义改革,促使欧美国家的"团结工资政策"转向"竞争性工资政策",进而导致的收入分配、增长方式、需求结构和国际贸易失衡。被称作"结构性改革"的危机治理措施延续并强化了新自由主义的制度体系与竞争性工资政策,以致恶化了危机与萧条;欧洲经济的全面复苏仰赖对团结工资政策和"欧洲社会模式"的创造性回归。当前我国经济面临的结构性矛盾实则与欧美国家的经济危机"祸出同源",因而"团结工资政策"对于我国促进"劳动报酬增长和劳动生产率提高同步",实现"稳增长、转方式、调结构"具有重要借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The root of the European debt crisis is the neoliberal reform in the field of labor market system and macroeconomic policy, which makes the "solidarity wage policy" in Europe and the United States turn to "competitive wage policy", which leads to the income distribution and growth mode. The structure of demand and the imbalance of international trade. The crisis management measures called "structural reform" continued and strengthened the neoliberal system and competitive wage policy, which aggravated the crisis and depression. Europe's full recovery depends on a creative return to solidarity wages and the European social model. At present, the structural contradiction of our country's economy is actually "the same as the economic crisis in Europe and America", so the "unity wage policy" promotes "the growth of labor remuneration and the improvement of labor productivity" and realizes "steady growth and transformation mode" for our country. Adjusting the structure is of great significance for reference.
