改革、可持续竞争力对提升我国国家竞争力的作用——基于WEF全球竞争力报告的分析

【摘要】：中国35年来的改革开放提高了国家竞争力,居民收入水平已经属于中等偏上收入国家。促进我国竞争力不断提高的一个重要因素是改革极大地改变了我国宏观制度环境。通过比较研究发现:尽管中国制度竞争力指数排名逐年提升,但是在社会制度的安全性和腐败、私人制度的责任性以及司法独立性方面仍然存在差距;虽然中国国家竞争力近年来持续提升,但与我国可持续竞争力发展水平不相匹配。改革的最终目的,不应该仅以经济增长、提升国家竞争力为主,而应该基于提升我国可持续竞争力,即改善宏观制度均衡状况。
[Abstract]:China's 35 years of reform and opening to the outside world have improved the competitiveness of the country. One of the important factors to promote the competitiveness of our country is that the reform has greatly changed the macro system environment of our country. Through the comparative study, it is found that although China's institutional competitiveness index ranks up year by year, there are still gaps in the security and corruption of the social system, the accountability of the private system and the independence of the judiciary; Although China's national competitiveness has been improving in recent years, it does not match the development level of China's sustainable competitiveness. The ultimate goal of the reform should not only be economic growth and enhance the national competitiveness, but also should be based on the promotion of sustainable competitiveness, that is, to improve the macro-system balance.
