山东投资结构变化对劳动力流动影响研究

【摘要】：影响一个地区经济增长的因素众多，其中最基本的因素可以归结为两大类——资本和劳动。资本的积累主要要靠投资推动，就投资与劳动的关系而言，投资的数量与结构在一定程度上影响着劳动力流动的数量和流向。就山东这样一个经济大省而言，拥有较充裕的劳动力与较丰厚的资本供给，这是推动山东经济高速增长的两个重要原因，单从资本与劳动两种要素之间来看，彼此之间又存在着内在的联系。 随着政府放松对劳动力流动的管制，山东省大量劳动力流向城市，其流动规模迅速增加，与此同时，社会固定资产投资的数量也在逐年递增，虽投资数量增长较快，但在投资结构上存在着一些亟待解决的问题，有必要阐释山东省投资结构变化对劳动力流动的影响。基于此，在大量查阅相关研究文献，了解国内外相关研究动态和进展的基础上，通过统计年鉴及国家、地方的相关网站收集山东省2000—2010年的投资结构和劳动力流动的相关数据资料，本文对山东省投资结构变化对劳动力流动影响问题作了定性和定量分析，首先从理论方面探讨了投资结构变化对劳动力流动影响的理论基础和作用机理，又分析了山东投资结构变化与劳动力流动概况，并运用灰色关联分析方法，从实证方面对山东省投资结构变化对劳动力流动的影响进行了分析，，最后，基于以上的分析，对山东省投资结构变化对劳动力流动的影响进行了总结和归纳，提出了相应的政策与建议，以期为中央和山东省政府的相关政策措施提供有益的借鉴与参考。
[Abstract]:There are many factors that affect the economic growth of a region, among which the most basic factors can be divided into two categories: capital and labor. The accumulation of capital is mainly driven by investment. As far as the relationship between investment and labor is concerned, the quantity and structure of investment influence the quantity and flow of labor force to a certain extent. As far as Shandong is concerned, it has abundant labor force and abundant capital supply. These are two important reasons for the rapid growth of Shandong's economy. Only from the point of view of the two elements of capital and labor, There is also an internal connection between each other. As the government loosens its control on labor mobility, a large number of labor flows to cities in Shandong Province, and the scale of mobility increases rapidly. At the same time, the number of social investment in fixed assets is also increasing year by year, although the amount of investment has increased rapidly. However, there are some urgent problems in the structure of investment. It is necessary to explain the influence of the change of investment structure on labor flow in Shandong Province. Based on this, on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant research documents and understanding the relevant research trends and progress at home and abroad, through the statistical yearbook and the country, Local websites collect data on investment structure and labor flow in Shandong Province from 2000 to 2010. This paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis on the impact of investment structure changes on labor mobility in Shandong Province. Firstly, it discusses the theoretical basis and mechanism of the influence of the change of investment structure on the labor flow from the theoretical aspect, and then analyzes the general situation of the change of the investment structure and the labor flow in Shandong Province, and applies the grey relational analysis method. Finally, based on the above analysis, the impact of the change of investment structure on labor mobility in Shandong Province is summarized and summarized. The corresponding policies and suggestions are put forward in order to provide useful reference for the relevant policies and measures of the central government and Shandong provincial government.
