日本首都圈的规划建设对京津冀协同发展的启示

【摘要】：正《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》对打造首都经济圈、推进京津冀一体化做出了明确部署,并将其作为中国区域发展的重要战略加以推进。2014年以来,习近平总书记、李克强总理相继对加强京津冀协同发展、促进三地协作提出了明确要求,标志着全面推进京津冀协同发展的号角已经吹响。北京、天津、河北三地也积极响应中央号召,陆续推出多项政策,加快推动京津冀一体化。但必须承认,京津冀三地之间的合作还面临诸多瓶颈性制约,实现区域协同发展任重道远。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the people's Republic of China has made a clear plan for building the capital economic circle and promoting the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Since 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang have made clear demands to strengthen the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and promote cooperation among the three places. The horn that marks the comprehensive promotion of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development has been sounded. Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei also responded positively to the central government's call for a number of policies to accelerate the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. However, it must be acknowledged that the cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei faces many bottleneck constraints, so it is a long way to achieve regional coordinated development.
