新常态下我国产业升级的创新瓶颈与对策研究

【摘要】：本文分析了新常态下我国产业升级面临的企业创新动力不足、创新能力不够、创新环境不完善、创新策略不优等瓶颈。研究指出,未来需进一步加速企业创新促进我国产业升级,具体包括:培育社会"大众创业、万众创新"氛围,完善普惠性创新政策激励,强化企业创新的市场导向机制,鼓励开放式创新,加强创新人才的培育及引进等。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the bottlenecks of the industrial upgrading in China under the new normal, such as insufficient innovation power, insufficient innovation ability, imperfect innovation environment and poor innovation strategy. It is pointed out that in the future, enterprises' innovation should be further accelerated to promote industrial upgrading in China, including: fostering social atmosphere of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", perfecting policy incentives for inclusive innovation, and strengthening the market-oriented mechanism of enterprise innovation. Encourage open innovation, strengthen the cultivation and introduction of innovative talents.
