经济增长、收入分配对我国农村贫困的影响

【摘要】：贫困问题是当今世界的一大难题，为国际社会和各国政府普遍关注。改革开放以来，我国的经济得到了快速的增长，农村贫困人口也在不断的减少，但是随着经济的不断增长，农村居民的收入分配状况也越来越不平等，反贫的进程也变得缓慢。目前，我国仍有大规模的人口生活在贫困线以下，因此，反贫困仍然是我国现代化建设进程中的一个重任，为了制定使贫困人口从经济增长中获得更大收益的反贫困政策，本文从经济增长、收入分配对农村贫困的影响的角度出发来进行研究。论文首先比较全面的回顾了国内外有关贫困的理论，，在分析和评述这些研究成果的基础上，分析了我国的经济增长、收入分配不平等与农村贫困的关系；其次在界定了贫困概念、标准与划分以后，分析现阶段造成我国农村贫困的主要原因；然后采取国家统计局公布的关于我国农村贫困发生率的数据，建立空间状态模型，证实了前面的理论假设，即中国农村的经济增长与中国农村贫困的负向关系，而收入不平等与农村贫困的正向关系；最后根据分析的结果进行总结，并提出相关的建议。
[Abstract]:Poverty is a difficult problem in the world today, which is widely concerned by the international community and governments. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has been rapid growth, the rural poor population is also constantly decreasing, but with the continuous economic growth, the income distribution of rural residents is becoming more and more unequal, and the process of anti-poverty has become slow. At present, there are still large-scale people living below the poverty line in our country. Therefore, anti-poverty is still an important task in the process of modernization construction in our country. In order to formulate an anti-poverty policy that makes the poor get more benefits from economic growth, this paper studies the impact of economic growth and income distribution on rural poverty. First of all, the paper reviews the theories of poverty at home and abroad, and on the basis of analyzing and commenting on these research results, analyzes the relationship between economic growth, income distribution inequality and rural poverty in China. Secondly, after defining the concept of poverty, standards and division, this paper analyzes the main causes of rural poverty in China at the present stage. Then, based on the data published by the National Bureau of Statistics on the incidence of rural poverty in China, the spatial state model is established to confirm the previous theoretical hypothesis, that is, the negative relationship between rural economic growth and rural poverty in China, and the positive relationship between income inequality and rural poverty. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, this paper summarizes and puts forward relevant suggestions.
