复合型融雪沥青的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】:冬季降雪对公路交通运输和人们的日常出行造成的影响越来越突出,积雪结冰会使冰雪路面的摩擦系数降低,这对道路行车安全造成了严重的影响。路面积雪是一直摆在道路管理部门面前的难题,寻找解决这一难题的科学有效的办法是人们关注的焦点。本文通过单纯形重心设计,在-8℃条件下进行15组试验,筛选出了主要原料氯化钙、醋酸钾、醋酸钙、氯化镁。然后,根据正交试验选用三水平四因素的正交试验表进行优化方案筛选,在-8℃的条件下进行9组试验,反应1小时后,测定各个组合的融冰量,通过单指标直观分析得到最佳配合比为氯化钙:醋酸钾:醋酸钙:氯化镁=1:3:2:3,即A1 B3 C2 D3。通过对最佳配比的融雪剂的物理、化学性质检测,结果表明该融雪剂的pH值和粒径范围均满足要求。同时,CSMA降低了对金属腐蚀性和对植物的影响,具有延迟结冰、软化冰层、与沥青相容性良好、稳定性优良的特点。更重要的是,该融雪剂的融冰量随着融冰时间的延长而增加,其融冰效果是氯化钠融冰效果的1.5倍左右,仅次于醋酸钾的融冰效果。其高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗滑性等路用性能及路面融雪化冰效果较好,基本实现了开发复合型融雪剂和融雪沥青的初衷,达到了本课题的研究目的。本课题所研究的融雪剂融冰效果好,有一定的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Effects of winter snowfall on highway transportation and people's daily travel caused more and more serious, the snow and ice will make the ice road friction coefficient decreased, which caused serious influence on road traffic safety. The snow on the road is a problem has been placed in front of the road management department, to find effective ways to solve the problem of science is the focus of attention. In this paper, by using the simplex centroid design, 15 groups of experiments at -8 deg.c, screening out the main raw material of calcium chloride, potassium acetate, calcium acetate, magnesium chloride. Then, according to the optimization scheme of screening of orthogonal test with three factors and four levels orthogonal test table, 9 groups of test in -8 under high temperature, after 1 hours reaction, determination of melting ice in each combination, by using the single index intuitive analysis get the best matching ratio for calcium chloride: potassium acetate: calcium acetate, magnesium chloride =1:3:2:3, namely A1 B3 C2 D3. The optimum proportion of snow melting agent on physical and chemical properties testing, the results show that the snow melting agent, pH value and particle size range could meet the requirements of CSMA. At the same time, reduce the effect on metal corrosion and the plant, with delayed icing, softening ice, good compatibility with asphalt, features excellent stability. It is important that the amount of ice snow melting agent increased with the time of melting ice, the ice melting effect is about 1.5 times the sodium chloride melt the ice, ice melting effect after potassium acetate. The high temperature stability, water stability and skid resistance of road performance and deicing effect is good and the basic realization of the development of the composite type snow melting agent and snowmelt asphalt in mind, achieve the purpose of the study. This paper researches deicing ice melting effect is good, have certain application value.
