变压器海上运输的紧固特性分析

【摘要】:随着全球化的程度越来越高,世界范围内的贸易交流也日趋频繁,大型设备的长距离运输就变成了新的课题,变压器设备在运输过程中受到随机荷载的作用,容易导致器身的破坏。为减少变压器设备在海上运输的过程中由于受到随机荷载而导致变压器器身造成损坏,进而带来经济以及各种利益的损失,对变压器设备在海上运输过程中的动力学分析就显得必不可少。本文应对现实需要,结合实际项目,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某变压器进行相关的动力学分析并提供优化解决方案。本文分析变压器由三层线圈组成且结构较为复杂,变压器分为线圈,绝缘垫块,垫层,垫板,盖板,拉带以及固定的横梁。本文主要做了以下几方面的工作:1.对海上随机荷载进行研究分析,确定变压器设备在海上运输的过程中受到的荷载;2.对该变压器海上运输情况进行模拟计算分析,研究其出现破坏的原因并考虑优化解决方案;3.从压紧力和压紧结构两个方面进行考虑,提供多种优化方案并进行计算比对,挑选最佳优化方案;4.对已选择的优化方案进行抗滑计算分析校核,确定优化方案的安全性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing degree of globalization, trade exchanges in the world are becoming more and more frequent, long-distance transportation of large equipment has become a new topic, transformer equipment in the transport process by random loads. In order to reduce the damage of transformer body caused by random load in the process of marine transportation of transformer equipment, it will bring economic loss and various benefits. It is necessary to analyze the dynamics of transformer equipment in the process of sea transportation. The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the dynamics of a transformer and provide an optimal solution. The transformer is composed of three layers of coils and the structure is complex. The transformer is divided into coils. Insulation cushion, cushion, cushion, cover plate, pull belt and fixed beam. This paper mainly do the following work: 1. Research and analysis of random load at sea. Determine the load on transformer equipment during sea transportation; 2. Simulate and analyze the marine transportation of the transformer, study the cause of its damage and consider the optimized solution; 3. Considering the compaction force and the compaction structure, providing various optimization schemes and comparing the calculation to select the best optimization scheme; 4. Analyze and check the anti-skid calculation of the selected optimization scheme, and determine the security of the optimized scheme.
