深部复合地层TBM选型与掘进适应性分析及评价软件开发

【摘要】:随着我国交通、水利和资源开发基础设施建设重心向西部迁移,深长隧道的修建必不可少。从技术、经济和工期综合比较,采用TBM工法是首选。由于在深部复合地层条件下TBM工法的选用和实施会遇到较多困难,因此需要对其选型与掘进适应性进行深入分析。本论文采用理论分析和软件编程方法,对深部复合地层TBM选型及掘进适应性评价进行了深入研究。论文的主要工作和取得成果如下。(1)通过广泛调研国内外研究现状,结合专家意见及工程案例,筛选了与TBM选型及掘进适应性强相关的TBM设计、地质特征条件、不良地质问题及施工组织等因素;构建了 TBM选型指标体系与TBM掘进适应性指标体系。(2)首先采用模糊综合评价理论确定了选型及掘进适应性指标模糊隶属函数;然后采用层次分析法确定了全部评价指标的权重与排序;在此基础上构建了深部复合地层TBM选型与掘进适应性的评价模型。(3)基于TBM选型和掘进适应性评价模型,采用Microsoft的Visual Studio平台和Access数据库以及Visual C#计算机语言,开发了"深部复合地层TBM选型及掘进适应性评价专家系统"专业评价软件;该软件具有计算准确高效、功能多样、操作过程与结果实时显现、数据环境安全等特点。(4)采用所开发的评价软件,对辽西北供水工程、重庆轨道交通6号线工程、引大济湟引水工程、达坂隧道工程四项代表性工程的TBM选型与掘进适应性进行了评价,评价结果与实际工程相比表明,所推荐的机型合理,掘进适应度与实际隧道掘进情况相符,表明了该评价软件具有准确性与实用性。本文的研究成果为深部复合地层TBM选型与掘进适应性评价提供了有效的分析工具,具有重要的理论和工程实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the transportation, water conservancy and resource development infrastructure construction moving to the west, the construction of deep and long tunnels is essential. TBM method is the first choice. Because the selection and implementation of TBM method in deep complex strata will meet many difficulties, it is necessary to analyze its selection and tunneling adaptability deeply. This paper adopts theoretical analysis and software programming method. In this paper, the selection of TBM in deep composite strata and the evaluation of tunneling adaptability are studied in depth. The main work and achievements are as follows: 1) through extensive investigation of the present research situation at home and abroad, combined with expert opinions and engineering cases, The factors of TBM design, geological characteristics, bad geological problems and construction organization related to the selection of TBM and the adaptability of tunneling are selected. The index system of TBM selection and the index system of adaptability of TBM tunneling are constructed. Firstly, the fuzzy membership function of selection and adaptability index of tunneling is determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. Then the weight and ranking of all evaluation indexes are determined by AHP, and the evaluation model of TBM selection and tunneling adaptability of deep composite strata is constructed based on TBM type selection and tunneling adaptability evaluation model. Based on Microsoft's Visual Studio platform, Access database and Visual C # computer language, the professional evaluation software of "expert system of TBM selection and adaptability evaluation for excavating in deep composite strata" is developed, which has the advantages of accurate calculation, high efficiency and various functions. The operating process and results are displayed in real time, the data environment is safe and so on. Using the developed evaluation software, the water supply project of northwest Liaoning, the project of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 6, and the diversion project of Da Ji Huang water diversion project are introduced. The TBM selection and tunneling adaptability of four representative projects in Daban Tunnel Project are evaluated. The evaluation results show that the recommended models are reasonable and the tunneling fitness is consistent with the actual tunneling situation. It is shown that the evaluation software is accurate and practical. The research results of this paper provide an effective analysis tool for the selection of TBM in deep composite strata and the evaluation of road-digging adaptability, and have important theoretical and engineering practical value.
