钢桁梁桥可视化研究

【摘要】:近年来,钢桁梁桥在我国的铁路、公路及城市人行天桥中得到广泛运用,同时,钢桁梁桥日趋朝着设计更新颖、造型更美观、跨度更大、结构更复杂的方向发展,钢桁梁桥可视化已成为一个重要的研究课题。本文主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:(1)查阅国内外关于钢桁梁桥可视化的资料,了解钢桁梁桥可视化的现状;学习计算机图形学、参数化建模及桥梁三维可视化等理论知识;分析钢桁梁桥杆件工程图纸,考虑钢桁梁桥杆件工程图纸的复杂性和钢结构自身的特点,制定本文研究的技术路线。(2)采用VC++程序开发语言,结合ObjectARX 2007工具包开发ARX程序,创建各类接口(绘图环境设置、基本绘图、标注),设置图形属性和文字属性(图层、文字样式、标注样式、颜色、线宽、线型等),绘制各种基本图形(直线、圆、矩形、多段线),实现钢桁梁桥工程图自动绘制和三维建模功能。(3)采用VC++语言设计操作Excel 2007的类对象,实现创建新表、写入数据、读取数据、合并单元格、存储表等功能。基于此类对象,创建各类钢桁梁桥杆件材料表的接口,在绘制钢桁梁桥杆件的同时自动生成材料表,将杆件部分尺寸数据和属性信息自动存储到Excel表单中。(4)分析钢桁梁桥的数据结构,用Access数据库设计钢桁梁桥整体信息表和杆件信息表两个表对象。采用ADO技术将钢桁梁桥数据库链接到程序中,设计数据项的增、删、改功能,实现对钢桁梁桥数据库的维护。(5)基于Windows消息机制和ObjectARX 2007开发工具包,设计对话框、菜单、可停靠窗体、AutoCAD命令,实现良好的软件人机互操作。本文研究钢桁梁桥可视化技术与方法,以赵寨颍河双线特大桥施工图为例,实现了钢桁梁桥杆件的参数化绘图、三维建模及信息管理,大大提高了绘图及信息管理效率,总结了一套基于AutoCAD的钢桁梁桥可视化技术和方法,对于钢桁梁桥的设计与建设具有一定的意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, steel truss bridges have been widely used in railway, highway and urban pedestrian overpasses in our country. At the same time, steel truss bridges are developing towards the direction of more novel design, more beautiful shape, larger span and more complicated structure. Visualization of steel truss bridges has become an important research topic. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: 1) to consult the visualization data of steel truss bridges at home and abroad, to understand the present situation of visualization of steel truss bridges, to study computer graphics, Theoretical knowledge of parametric modeling and 3D visualization of bridges, analysis of the engineering drawings of steel truss bridges, considering the complexity of the engineering drawings of steel truss bridges and the characteristics of steel structures, Using VC programming language and combining with ObjectARX 2007 Toolkit to develop ARX program, to create all kinds of interfaces (setting up drawing environment, basic drawing, marking, setting up graphic attribute and text property (layer, text style). Label style, color, line width, line shape and so on, draw all kinds of basic graphics (straight line, circle, rectangle, multi-section line, realize automatic drawing of steel truss bridge engineering drawing and 3D modeling function.) use VC language to design and operate the class object of Excel 2007. Realize the function of creating new table, writing data, reading data, merging cell, storing table and so on. Based on this kind of object, the interface of all kinds of steel truss bridge member material table is created, and the material table is generated automatically while drawing steel truss bridge member. The data structure of steel truss bridge is analyzed by automatically storing part dimension data and attribute information in Excel form. The whole information table and the member information table of steel truss bridge are designed by using Access database. The database of steel truss bridge is linked to the program by ADO technology, and the function of adding, deleting and changing the design data item is obtained. Realizing the maintenance of steel truss bridge database. 5) based on Windows message mechanism and ObjectARX 2007 development kit, designing dialog box, menu, docking form and AutoCAD command. The visualization technology and method of steel truss bridge are studied in this paper. Taking the construction drawing of Zhaozhai Yinghe double-line large bridge as an example, the parametric drawing, three-dimensional modeling and information management of steel truss bridge members are realized. The efficiency of drawing and information management is greatly improved, and a set of visualization techniques and methods of steel truss bridge based on AutoCAD are summarized, which is of certain significance for the design and construction of steel truss bridge.
