大跨度波形钢腹板连续刚构桥长期徐变效应研究

【摘要】:与混凝土腹板连续刚构桥相比,波形钢腹板连续刚构桥的优点突出,在我国的工程实践中应用逐渐增多。这种结构由顶底板混凝土和波形钢腹板组成,其徐变特性可能不同于传统混凝土腹板,有必要对其长期徐变进行深入研究。本文以拟建李渡大桥(主跨190m大跨度波形钢腹板连续刚构桥)为工程背景,采用有限元分析软件Midas和Ansys,对大跨度波形钢腹板连续刚构桥的长期徐变效应进行研究。主要的研究工作如下:(1)简要介绍了波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁结构的发展和结构特点,总结了国内外对于徐变的研究现状,明确了本文的主要研究内容。(2)对混凝土徐变的概念、徐变机理和徐变计算理论进行了阐述,并简要叙述了不同徐变计算理论的优缺点。(3)采用有限元分析软件Midas,建立李渡大桥的梁单元模型,分析了徐变对于结构的竖向挠度、内力、应力和预应力损失的影响。(4)简要叙述了徐变的影响因素,收集了目前主流的徐变预测模型,对部分影响因素进行了敏感性分析。(5)采用有限元分析软件Ansys,建立李渡大桥的三维实体模型,通过显式蠕变和按龄期调整的有效模量法,分析了在徐变作用下跨中挠度、应力和波形钢腹板应力随时间的变化。
[Abstract]:Compared with the concrete web continuous rigid frame bridge, the corrugated steel web continuous rigid frame bridge has outstanding advantages and has been used in our country's engineering practice more and more. This kind of structure is composed of top and bottom slab concrete and corrugated steel web plate. The creep behavior of the bridge may be different from that of the traditional concrete web, so it is necessary to study its long-term creep. In this paper, the proposed Lidu Bridge (the main span of 190m long span continuous rigid frame bridge of corrugated steel web) is taken as the engineering background. The long-term creep effect of long-span corrugated steel web continuous rigid frame bridge is studied by using finite element analysis software Midas and ANSYS. The main research work is as follows: 1) the development and structural characteristics of corrugated steel web PC composite box girder structure are briefly introduced. This paper summarizes the research status of creep both at home and abroad, and clarifies the main research contents of this paper, including the concept of creep, creep mechanism and creep calculation theory. The advantages and disadvantages of different creep calculation theories are briefly described. The finite element analysis software Midas. is used to establish the beam element model of the Lidu Bridge, and the vertical deflection and internal force of the creep to the structure are analyzed. The influence of stress and prestress loss on creep is briefly described, and the current mainstream creep prediction models are collected. Sensitivity analysis of some influencing factors. 5) using finite element analysis software Ansys, the three-dimensional solid model of Lidu Bridge is established. Through explicit creep and effective modulus method adjusted according to age, the mid-span deflection under creep action is analyzed. The variation of stress and stress of corrugated steel web with time.
