三级客运汽车站服务系统可靠性评价与优化

【摘要】:本文围绕我国中小城市的三级客运汽车站服务系统的现状,建立了三级客运汽车站服务系统可靠性的评价模型,并结合黄岛区客运汽车站服务的实际情况,得到各个服务子系统的可靠新等级,分析出系统存在的问题,进而提出优化车站服务系统的方案并进行仿真分析。因此,本文的研究结论主要包括:(1)分析得出影响三级客运汽车站服务系统可靠性的因素主要包括选择车站短时人流量、设备设施能力、设备设施数量以及设备设施布局等,利用专家打分建立权重矩阵并赋予车站不同服务子系统权重β,建立了以加权人流密度最小为目标函数的三级客运汽车站服务系统可靠性评价模型。(2)利用数学解析法得出黄岛区客运汽车站购票、取票、安检以及检票服务系统的人流密度分别为η1=1.25人/m2、η2=2.9人/m2、η3=1.5人/m2与η4=1.25人/m2,可靠性等级分别为Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ利用Anylogic软件对该模型进行仿真分析,得到不同时刻不同人流量下的人流密度仿真效果图,并根据服务系统的人流密度与其可靠性等级的相关性确定出各个服务系统在不同时刻不同人流量下的可靠性等级。在t=3600s,λ=500人次/时采用数学解析法与仿真分析法得出的车站服务系统的可靠性等级是一致的。随着到达车站的人流量增加,车站的集散能力较差,在各个服务子系统开始出现等待、排队与聚集现象。(3)分析出当前黄岛客运汽车站服务系统存在的问题,综合考虑车站各个服务子系统的有效面积,列举出可能存在的优化方案,并提出最佳的优化方案,研究春运等短时大客流对优化方案的仿真效果,结果表明:取票服务系统的人流密度为0.75人/m2,售票服务系统的人流密度为1.02人/m2,安检服务系统的人流密度为0.89人/m2,各个服务系统的人流密度均出现较大幅度下降。乘客等待区域的人流密度为2.25人/m2,但乘客整个在站时间为2365.706 s,缩短了 311.5 s。车站的集散能力明显提高,满足短时大客流的需求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the reliability evaluation model of the three-stage passenger bus station service system is established around the present situation of the three-stage passenger bus station service system in the small and medium-sized cities of China, and combined with the actual situation of the Huangdao district passenger bus station service system. Get the reliable new grade of each service subsystem, analyze the problems existing in the system, then put forward the scheme of optimizing the station service system and carry on the simulation analysis.
