山区中小城市常规公交服务水平分析研究

【摘要】:当下,随着城市汽车保有量的增加,造成沿海一些大都市交通堵塞,也使得山区中小城市的交通拥堵日益严重。面对日渐严重的交通问题,人们越来越重视公共交通的发展。然而山区中小城市由于地理区位、地形条件、城市规模、布局结构与一般城市不同,故在布局结构、道路系统特征及居民出行特性方面都与一般城市有所不同,这些特性均影响着城市公共交通的发展。而最能够直接反映城市公共交通发展情况的就是其服务水平,所以合理有效的对其服务水平进行评价可以及时发现公交系统中的薄弱环节、安排公交线网布设、合理平衡公交运力、提升公交运输服务水平。论文在此背景下,首先详细分析了其城市布局、道路网布局以及居民出行特性,并剖析了特殊的道路特性对常规公交线路网络布局的影响。然后,针对影响山区中小城市常规公交服务水平的因素进行分析,得到影响其线网性能和运营服务水平的因素指标。利用结构方程模型筛选出影响山区中小城市常规公交服务水平的主要因素,并结合定性分析及指标筛选原则,建立了山区中小城市常规公交服务水平的评价指标体系。并详细分析了反映山区中小城市特性的指标,通过统计多座城市相应的指标值,结合SPSS软件分析其频率分布情况,给出其符合山区中小城市特征的评价标准与评价等级分界推荐值。研究评价指标标准化方法并探讨确定指标权值的方法以及评价方法,为确保评价结果的可靠性,提出使用AHP一模糊综合评价方法和集对分析两种评价方法。最后,以商洛市为例,运用Yaahp软件0/5~8/5e标度法确定权值,使用模糊评价模型和集对分析评价两种方法对商洛市常规公交服务水平作出评价,得出的结果较一致。数据显示其常规公交服务为中等水准,其中准点、舒适和迅速程度三大方面的服务水准应进一步提高。同时针对商洛市常规公交服务水平情况,提出了相应的改进措施。
[Abstract]:At present, with the increase in the number of cars in cities, traffic jams in coastal cities are becoming more and more serious, and traffic jams in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas are becoming more and more serious. In the face of increasingly serious traffic problems, People pay more and more attention to the development of public transportation. The characteristics of road system and residents travel are different from those of other cities. These characteristics affect the development of urban public transport. The most direct reflection of the development of urban public transport is the level of service. Therefore, reasonable and effective evaluation of its service level can timely find the weak links in the public transport system, arrange the layout of the public transport network, reasonably balance the capacity of public transport, improve the level of public transport service. Firstly, the urban layout, road network layout and residents' travel characteristics are analyzed in detail, and the influence of special road characteristics on the layout of conventional bus line network is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the service level of conventional public transport in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas, The main factors affecting bus service level of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous area are selected by using structural equation model, and the qualitative analysis and index screening principle are combined. The evaluation index system of bus service level in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas is established, and the indexes reflecting the characteristics of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas are analyzed in detail. The frequency distribution is analyzed by counting the corresponding index values of several cities and combining with the SPSS software. In order to ensure the reliability of the evaluation results, the evaluation standard and the recommended value of the evaluation grade are given. The standardized method of evaluation index and the method of determining the weight value of the index and the evaluation method are discussed in order to ensure the reliability of the evaluation results. Two evaluation methods, AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and set pair analysis method, are proposed. Finally, taking Shangluo City as an example, the weight value is determined by using the 0 / 5 / 8 / 5e scale method of Yaahp software. The fuzzy evaluation model and set pair analysis are used to evaluate the public transit service level in Shangluo city, and the results are consistent. The service level in three aspects of comfort and rapidity should be further improved. At the same time, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to the general bus service level in Shangluo city.
