大风下高速列车进出防风明洞及隧道口的气动特性数值模拟研究

【摘要】:兰新第二双线“百里风区”建立了世界上第一座防风明洞。防风明洞与隧道结构类似,但作为地面上的防风建筑,在其一侧设有开孔。国内外对列车进出隧道空气动力学问题研究已有较多成果,但对大风下高速列车进出防风明洞的空气动力学问题还未有研究。兰新第二双线线路的运营车采用我国长春轨道客车股份有限公司研制的CRH5型动车组。本文以CRH5型动车组及我国四方机车车辆股份有限公司提供的CRH2型动车组为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,对高速列车进出防风明洞及隧道口的空气动力效应进行研究。首先,为验证数值方法计算的正确性,采用国内现车试验的交会压力波数据进行验证,根据试验的介绍,建立CRH2型车会车模型,进行数值计算并与试验数据进行对比,得出合理的数值计算方法。其次,对于大风下列车的运行,分析了防风明洞的绕流特性,对列车驶过与未驶过挡风墙的绕流流场特性进行分析,同时也分析了防风明洞洞口交会的压力场和速度场,给出了单车进出明洞及隧道口过程中车体压力波动的变化规律。再次,对CRH5型车及CRH2型车进出防风明洞、隧道及洞口交会的气动力及力矩进行对比分析,从数值模拟的计算结果简单分析了两种车型同种运行环境下的气动特性。对同种车型不同运行工况的结果也进行了对比,得出了运行较稳定的工况。最后,对列车的运行存在影响的因素——车速、风速及风向角进行了较系统的研究,分析了车速、风速变化对列车侧向力、升力及倾覆力矩的影响规律。本文对高速列车进出防风明洞及隧道口的气动特性进行数值分析,本文的研究方法及结论可以为进一步的系统化研究提供参考,同时也可为列车的运行提供参考。
[Abstract]:Lanzhou second double "Barry wind zone" established the world's first wind Myeongdong. On the train passing through tunnel aerodynamics research have more achievements, but the study of aerodynamic problems of high-speed trains under strong wind there is no import wind Myeongdong. The aerodynamic characteristics of the same models under different operating conditions results were compared, the stable operation condition. After the running of train influence factors -- speed, wind speed and wind direction were studied systematically, analyzed the change of wind speed of the train speed, lateral force, lift force and overturning moment. The influence of dynamic characteristics of the high-speed train passing through tunnel and wind tunnel gas numerical analysis, research methods and the conclusion of this paper can provide a reference for further systematic research, but also can provide a reference for the operation of the train.
