天然沸石温拌沥青混合料的制备与应用研究

【摘要】：采用碱处理和脂肪胺处理的改性天然沸石作为温拌剂,通过室内试验评价了改性天然温拌沥青混合料的体积性能和路用性能,并进行了工程应用。室内试验结果表明:改性天然沸石温拌剂的掺量为混合料的0.3%时,天然沸石温拌沥青混合料在拌和与压实温度分别为130℃和120℃的成型条件下,其体积性能和路用性能与热拌沥青混合料相近。工程应用证明:采用天然沸石温拌沥青混合料铺筑的路面性能优良,符合规范要求,并可降低沥青混合料成本,具有良好的经济效益。
[Abstract]:The modified natural zeolite treated with alkali and aliphatic amine was used as warm mix agent. The volume and road performance of modified natural warm mix asphalt mixture were evaluated through laboratory tests, and the engineering application was carried out.The results of laboratory test show that when the content of modified natural zeolite warm mixing agent is 0.3% of the mixture, the natural zeolite warm mix asphalt mixture can be formed at 130 鈩，
