THFS对沥青感温性能的影响分析

【摘要】:目的分析煤直接液化残渣(Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue,DCLR)中四氢呋喃可溶物(Tetrahydrofuran Soluble,THFS)作为改性剂对沥青感温性能的影响.方法采用SK-90沥青作为基质沥青,分别制备不同掺量的THFS改性沥青(与基质沥青质量比为0,4%,6%,8%,10%),测试THFS改性沥青的各项感温性能,分别计算针入度指数PI、针入度黏度指数PVN、黏温指数VTS、复数模量指数GTS和蠕变劲度指数STS_S,评价THFS对沥青感温性能的影响.结果与基质沥青相比,THFS的加入改善了沥青的感温性,且随着THFS掺量的增加,THFS改性沥青的PI、PVN值均增大,VTS、GTS、STS_S值均减小,说明THFS的掺量越高,THFS改性沥青感温性能越好.结论THFS改性沥青的感温性能更为优越,综合THFS改性沥青的各项性能,推荐THFS掺量为6%~8%.
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of Tetrahydrofuran SolubleTHFSs as modifier on the temperature sensing properties of direct Coal Liquefaction residue.Methods SK-90 asphalt was used as base asphalt. THFS modified asphalts with different contents were prepared respectively. The temperature sensing properties of THFS modified asphalt were tested by measuring the temperature sensing properties of THFS modified asphalt. The penetration index (Pi), the penetration viscosity index (PVN), the viscosity temperature index (VTS), the complex modulus index (GTS) and the creep stiffness index (St S) were calculated to evaluate the effect of THFS on the temperature sensitivity of asphalt. With the increase of THFS content, the PVN values of THFS modified asphalt all increased, and the values of THFS were decreased, which indicated that the higher the content of THFS was, the better the temperature sensing performance of THFS modified asphalt was. Conclusion the temperature sensing property of THFS modified asphalt is superior, and the properties of THFS modified asphalt are synthesized. The recommended amount of THFS is six and eight.
