基于空间视角的城乡道路客运网络效率评价

【摘要】:城乡道路客运作为联系城乡之间的重要纽带,是城乡沟通最主要的运输方式。统筹城乡,发展城乡道路客运一体化的首要任务是全面了解城乡道路客运网络。城乡道路客运网络作为道路客运服务的载体,其组织的科学合理与运行状态直接关系客运服务的质量。城乡道路客运与城乡发展在形态上可表现为城乡道路客运网络和城乡空间发展的一种互动关系。一方面,城乡空间布局等决定了客运网络的组织和运行状态;另一方面,城乡道路客运网络具有空间属性,包含众多“节点”和“边”要素,它们之间不同组织规模和模式使其呈现出特定的空间形态,影响网络运行状态,从而引起城乡空间形态发生改变,继而对城乡发展产生影响。因此,从空间视角观察分析城乡道路客运网络可以全面认识它对城乡空间形态的作用结果,有助于辨别当前城乡道路客运系统的组织和运行状态,为优化城乡道路客运网络结构及城市公交和乡镇客运进行有效衔接提供参考。论文从城乡道路客运网络对城乡空间作用出发,即城乡道路客运网络通过提高空间便利程度和可移动能力来间接作用于城乡空间形态,以此为论据,本文对城乡道路客运网络的内涵进行解析定义,并以此为依据选取可达性作为效率评价指标,并构建了相应的可达性计算方法对网络效率进行度量。在可达性的实际计算中,借助地理信息系统Arcgis的网络分析功能计算网络效率。通过对盘锦市的实证分析,论文方法的可用性得到了。评价盘锦市现有城乡道路客运网络和规划网络效率,对比分析,得到规划前后网络的交通便利程度具有明显的空间差异性,均是呈单中心递减趋势,可达性值最高区域和中心城区重合。在规划前后的客运网络中,表征可移动能力出发的可达性同样具有明显的空间差异性,且规划后的客运网络的可达性值的空间差异性相对较小,变化程度交通便利程度大于可移动能力,从本文的实证分析可以看到客运网络对城乡交通便利程度提升的作用比对各区域可移动能力的作用更为有效。
[Abstract]:As an important link between urban and rural areas, urban and rural road passenger transport is the most important mode of transportation between urban and rural areas. The primary task of developing the integration of urban and rural road passenger transport is to comprehensively understand the urban and rural road passenger transport network, which is the carrier of road passenger transport service. The scientific and reasonable organization and the running state of the organization are directly related to the quality of passenger transport service. In the form of urban and rural road passenger transport and urban and rural development, it can be shown as an interactive relationship between urban and rural road passenger transport network and urban and rural spatial development. The spatial layout of urban and rural areas determines the organization and operation of passenger transport network. On the other hand, the urban and rural road passenger transport network has spatial attributes, including many "nodes" and "edge" elements. The different organization scale and pattern between them make them present a special spatial form, affect the network operation state, thus cause the change of the urban and rural spatial form, and then have an impact on the urban and rural development. Observing and analyzing the urban and rural road passenger transport network from the spatial angle of view can fully understand its effect on the urban and rural spatial form and help to distinguish the organization and operation state of the current urban and rural road passenger transport system. It provides a reference for optimizing the network structure of urban and rural road passenger transport and the effective connection between urban public transport and township passenger transport. This paper starts from the effect of urban and rural road passenger transport network on urban and rural space. That is to say, the urban and rural road passenger transport network indirectly acts on the urban and rural spatial form by improving the spatial convenience and removable ability. Based on this argument, this paper analyzes and defines the connotation of the urban and rural road passenger transport network. Based on this, the reachability is selected as the efficiency evaluation index, and the corresponding reachability calculation method is constructed to measure the network efficiency. With the help of the network analysis function of Arcgis, the network efficiency is calculated. Through the empirical analysis of Panjin City, the usability of the method is obtained. The efficiency of the existing urban and rural road passenger transport network and the planning network in Panjin City are evaluated and compared. The results show that the traffic convenience of the network before and after planning has obvious spatial difference, which is the decreasing trend of single center, and the highest reachability of the area coincides with the central urban area. In the passenger transport network before and after planning, The reachability, which represents the moving ability, also has obvious spatial difference, and the spatial difference of the reachability value of the planned passenger transport network is relatively small, and the degree of transportation convenience is greater than that of the movable ability. From the empirical analysis of this paper, we can see that the role of passenger transport network to improve the degree of urban and rural transport convenience is more effective than the role of regional mobility.
