厦漳跨海大桥大体积混凝土温控技术

【摘要】:通过对大体积混凝土温度裂缝产生原因的分析,结合海工混凝土性能要求及厦漳跨海大桥工程特点,研究海洋环境下大体积混凝土温控关键技术。根据现场工况,对不同类型的海工大体积混凝土进行温控计算并制定相应温控措施,即优化海工混凝土配合比、控制混凝土浇筑温度、改善混凝土施工性能、通循环冷却水对混凝土进行内部降温、采取表面保温保湿养护措施等。编制可操作性强的温控施工方案以指导全桥大体积混凝土温控施工,对主桥承台、塔柱、引桥承台等关键构件进行现场温度监控指导,根据测温结果及时调整温控措施,有效控制海洋环境下混凝土有害温度裂缝的产生。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the causes of temperature cracks in mass concrete, combined with the performance requirements of marine concrete and the engineering characteristics of Xia-Zhang Bridge, the key technology of temperature control of mass concrete in marine environment is studied.According to the field working conditions, the temperature control calculation and the corresponding temperature control measures are made for different types of large volume concrete of sea engineering, that is, optimizing the mix ratio of marine concrete, controlling the pouring temperature of concrete, and improving the construction performance of concrete.The circulating cooling water is used to cool down the concrete, and the surface heat preservation and moisturizing measures are taken.To draw up a temperature control construction plan with strong maneuverability to guide the whole bridge mass concrete temperature control construction, to supervise and guide the key components such as the main bridge cap, tower column, approach bridge cap and so on, and to adjust the temperature control measures in time according to the temperature measurement results.Effectively control the occurrence of harmful temperature cracks in concrete under marine environment.
