聚羧酸减水剂复配技术在超长灌注桩混凝土中的应用

【摘要】:结合某大桥超长灌注桩混凝土夏季施工情况,通过与缓凝剂、消泡剂及引气剂等组分的复合对聚羧酸高性能减水剂进行改性,调节混凝土的工作性,并主要研究不同掺量的消泡剂、引气剂和缓凝剂对混凝土的工作性、凝结时间以及28 d抗压强度的影响。结果表明:通过向HY900型聚羧酸高效减水剂中复配消泡、引气以及缓凝组分,可以显著改善混凝土拌合物和易性,减小混凝土坍落度经时损失,并延长混凝土凝结时间。经过对比试验,确定最佳复配组成为DF-16型消泡剂的掺量为2‰,AZA型引气剂的掺量为3‰,葡萄糖酸钠掺量为6%。
[Abstract]:Combined with the summer construction of super-long cast-in-place pile concrete of a certain bridge, the high performance water reducing agent of polycarboxylic acid was modified by the combination of retarder, defoamer and air-entraining agent, and the workability of concrete was adjusted.The effects of defoaming agent, air entraining agent and retarder on the workability, setting time and 28d compressive strength of concrete were studied.The results show that by adding defoaming, air entrainment and retarding components to HY900 polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, the mixing and easiness of concrete can be improved significantly, the slump loss of concrete can be reduced, and the setting time of concrete can be prolonged.Through the contrast test, the optimum composition of DF-16 type defoamer was determined to be 2 鈥,
