绕城高速隧道大修施工交通组织研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各省域、市域路网规模逐渐扩大、密度不断提高、通达深度进一步改善,然而在长期的重负荷交通作用下,部分公路开始进入大修阶段,这些公路已经在路网中占据重要功能,一旦因施工导致道路通行能力大幅度降低甚至交通中断时,会对正常的路网交通运行产生破坏,引起交通拥挤、堵塞,甚至导致交通事故,不仅降低了道路交通运输效率,还会造成严重的交通安全问题。绕城高速公路是随着城市发展需求而出现的城市高速公路,发展时间不长,但是近几年随着绕城高速公路发展到了一定的阶段,为维持其服务水平,供城市交通及过境交通通行,绕城高速公路开始进入大修期,然而因绕城高速具有极其重要交通功能,承担着繁重的交通量,大修施工会对区域高速路网以及城市的快速路网会产生更大的影响,为最大限度的降低施工与通行交通的相互干扰,保障绕城高速隧道大修施工期间路网交通安全畅通,对绕城高速隧道大修施工期间的交通组织研究势在必行。首先,本文针对绕城高速隧道的特性进行分析,包括绕城高速特性、绕城高速隧道结构特性和施工影响下的隧道交通特性等几个方面,同时参考高速公路路段大修施工技术确定绕城高速隧道的大修施工方案,并根据不同施工方案下的占道方案设计隧道施工区交通组织方案,分析不同交通组织方案的优缺点及适用情况。然后,通过关键影响因素选取,分析大修施工的直接、间接影响范围和强度,同时根据不同的隧道大修施工方案特性,分析研究出施工区以及外围不同的交通组织策略和相配套的交通管理性设施,形成一套完备的绕城高速隧道大修施工交通组织方案;并结合城市交通的特点,选取合适的评价方法及部分关键性指标对绕城高速隧道大修施工交通组织方案进行评价,判断交通组织方案的可行性以及实施效果,为方案改善提供依据,同时也降低了方案实施的风险,使交通组织方案的实施效用最大化。最后,结合杭州绕城高速黄鹤山隧道大修施工,设计隧道施工方案,以及隧道施工期间的施工区及外围交通组织方案,对绕城高速隧道大修施工的交通分流组织方案进行了实证分析,并根据确定的绕城高速隧道施工交通组织方案评价指标,对隧道大修施工交通组织方案进行评价分析,最终形成完备的绕城高速隧道大修施工交通组织方案,实施效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the scale of provincial and municipal road network is gradually expanding, the density is increasing, and the depth of access is further improved. However, under the effect of long-term heavy traffic, some highways begin to enter the stage of overhaul. These highways have occupied an important function in the road network. Once the road capacity is greatly reduced or even the traffic is interrupted due to the construction, it will destroy the normal road network traffic operation and cause traffic congestion and jam. Even lead to traffic accidents, not only reduce the efficiency of road traffic transportation, but also cause serious traffic safety problems. The highway around the city is a kind of city highway which appears with the demand of the city development. The development time is not long. But in recent years, with the development of the highway around the city to a certain stage, in order to maintain its service level, For urban traffic and transit traffic, the highway around the city begins to enter the period of overhaul. However, because of the extremely important traffic function of the highway around the city, it is carrying heavy traffic volume. The overhauling construction will have a greater impact on the regional highway network and the urban expressway network. In order to minimize the mutual interference between the construction and the traffic, and to ensure the safety and smooth of the road network during the construction of the highway tunnel around the city, It is imperative to study traffic organization during the construction of high-speed tunnel around the city. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the surrounding high-speed tunnel, including the characteristics of the surrounding high-speed tunnel, the structure characteristics of the surrounding high-speed tunnel and the traffic characteristics of the tunnel under the influence of construction, and so on. At the same time, referring to the overhauling construction technology of expressway section, the major repair construction plan of the high speed tunnel around the city is determined, and the traffic organization plan of the tunnel construction area is designed according to the construction plan under different construction plans. The advantages and disadvantages of different traffic organization schemes and their application are analyzed. Then, through the selection of key influencing factors, the direct and indirect influence scope and intensity of overhaul construction are analyzed, and according to the characteristics of different tunnel overhaul construction schemes, This paper analyzes and studies the different traffic organization strategies and corresponding traffic management facilities in the construction area and the periphery, and forms a set of complete traffic organization plan for the overhaul of the high speed tunnel around the city, and combines the characteristics of the urban traffic. Select appropriate evaluation methods and some key indicators to evaluate the traffic organization plan in the construction of highway tunnel overhaul, judge the feasibility and implementation effect of the traffic organization plan, and provide the basis for the improvement of the scheme. At the same time, it also reduces the risk of the implementation of the scheme and maximizes the utility of the implementation of the traffic organization plan. Finally, combined with the construction of the high-speed Huangheshan Tunnel around Hangzhou, the tunnel construction plan is designed, as well as the traffic organization plan of the construction area and the periphery during the tunnel construction. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the traffic diversion organization scheme of the overhauling construction of the high speed tunnel around the city, and according to the evaluation index of the traffic organization scheme of the construction of the high speed tunnel around the city, the traffic organization scheme of the tunnel overhaul construction is evaluated and analyzed. Finally, a complete traffic organization scheme for the construction of high-speed tunnel around the city is formed, and the effect is good.
