热固性环氧沥青增容剂的合成及应用研究

【摘要】:以十一烯酸和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为原料,通过开环反应合成了一种环氧沥青增容剂,采用环氧树脂,基质沥青,固化剂,增容剂及助剂熔融共混,制备环氧沥青结合料。利用FT-IR,离析试验,DMA等对增容剂的分子结构和增容效果进行了表征和研究,讨论了增容剂用量对环氧沥青固化体系的相容性和力学性能的影响,结果表明,增容剂的分子结构含有预期的环氧基和酯基并有效地改善了环氧树脂和沥青的相容性。增容剂质量分数为20%时(基于环氧树脂质量),体系离析降至4.0℃,拉伸强度为2.12 MPa,断裂伸长率为218%,吸水率为0.17,材料性能最优,且满足美国环氧沥青的指标要求。
[Abstract]:An epoxy asphalt compatibilizer was synthesized by ring-opening reaction from undecenoic acid and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether. Epoxy resin, matrix asphalt, curing agent, compatibilizer and auxiliary agent were blended in melt to prepare epoxy asphalt binder. The molecular structure and compatibilization effect of compatibilizer were characterized and studied by FT-IRand segregation test (DMA). The effect of compatibilizer content on the compatibility and mechanical properties of epoxy asphalt curing system was discussed. The molecular structure of compatibilizer contains the expected epoxy group and ester group and improves the compatibility of epoxy resin and asphalt effectively. When the mass fraction of compatibilizer is 20 (based on the mass of epoxy resin), the segregation of the system decreases to 4.0 鈩,
